I wish Ontario would drop the front plate, it ruins the front grille.

An absolutely gorgeous vehicle and I haven't heard any negative reviews so far. Might be part of my future.

Really nice vehicle. They will have to fight the stigma of not having the brand recognition yet but just like Hyundai did with the Palisade but when people see reviews like this and what they offer for the price i think they sell pretty well. The biggest hurdle is finding a Genesis dealer.

I would buy a Genesis over any comparably featured European vehicle hands down.

Not competing with a Bentley. A Bentley buyer is not cross shopping with a Genesis. Note: I say this as a proud owner of a ‘23 GV80.

It really is a tour de force. Good looking outside and beautiful inside and great technology and engine. Sadly they have no dealerships which is sad because luxury brand needs luxury dealer presence for sales amd service. Till then, it’s a gimmicky brand that is just a nicer Hyundai.

Great looking suv. Makes you realize how much of a rip off the new Grand Wagoneer is.

This is comparable to Grand Cherokee L. Grand Wagoneer is body on frame boy.

How does it compare to a Tesla Model X? Better to save your money and get this? Or will the X electricity eventually pay much of the difference?

They just came out with a report. For 2022, Tesla depreciated the most. You paid a lot of money and lose it the fastest. Also with gas engine, gas station is around every corner and takes 5 minutes to fill up. Good luck with charging at home. If the power went out so will your Tesla.

It's too bad that they messed up the rpm gauge in the dash. Why would you have a speedo go clockwise and have the rpm gauge go counter-clockwise? it makes no sense...that not how a luxury car's dash should be set up.

Lolololol..... I just sold my 2021 Genesis GV80 Prestige back to Genesis after 1 year and 14,000kms of ownership. You reviewers kill me... you promote shit without any long term ownership experience (or any ownership experience really) and make them all sound like the bees-knees. Save your money and your time and DO NOT buy a Genesis..... at least not in Canada until they get a true dealership network established. Our experience was a complete joke and nothing "luxury" related whatsoever. Between the dealership and problems with the suv itself.... I would NOT buy another. Glitchy electronics and nav system, rough ride with the 22's on the Prestige model, a very rough running twin turbo 3.5L V6 during the winter months when temps are below -25 celsius and an hvac system that crapped out in the middle of winter that the dealership wouldn't fix until guidance came from Korea. 6 weeks in the dead of winter with no fix.... this was the last straw that made us sell it back to the dealership. They had 8 other GV's in line with the same exact problem.... all waiting for Genesis Korea. WORST ownership experience ever for us. We bought a boring, dated 2022 RX350 that runs like a top. I learnt a valuable lesson with this purchase.
