Great video Natasha, the curry looked delicious. Like you I don’t really drink (dry January is a breeze, lol) so have coke zero but I’ve reduced it down to a couple of cans a week as we bought a soda stream last year and I now have fizzy water with cordial or squash, it’s great. I’ve also been treating myself at the weekend to you scotch pancake, berries and fat free yoghurt suggestion...it’s lovely. Here’s to a slimmer future. X

Love all your what I eat in a day videos! They are so helpful is there any chance you do a videos with all dinners over a week maybe as your dinners all look so delicious and it’s the dinners that I watch them for mainly. I love how easy you make it seem to do quick delicious family meals :) x
Hi Natasha! Your meals always look great! I made yogurt this week, as usual, so I use that for most of my breakfasts. Berries here are out of season so they are pretty pricey. I love berries. I just can't pay the prices. I saw a 1 pound package today for $4.52. I have been using apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a banana with some pb2. If you aren't familiar with pb2 it's a powdered peanut butter. It's not nearly as good as reguar peanut butter but has protein an a lot less fat and points. Sometimes I even just eat the yogurt plain. In our WW magazine this month there was a recipe for ponzu chicken I am going to try. It looks good and it's something different. I decided to try to lose a total of 110 which is 4 more pounds. I can then say, I lost 1\2 of myself. Lol! Enjoy your week. I can't believe Feb 1 is a couple of days away. As far as the Coke zero goes, we all have to have our vices, right?

I have 23 sp per dar and 28 sp as extras, and I use them all. I wanted to ask you if you use all the points in the day, and what about the extras? Do you use them too? Do you use any Zero Products? I love how you eat and prepare pretty much only "real" clean food. So many of the US based WW youtubers eat a shocking amount of pre-packaged, super processed food and snacks.
Susan Black there is a time and fun lace for convenience food for sure but your right it’s so processed so I try to avoid where I can. I love cooking and baking so it comes naturally for me to make my meals from scratch wherever possible 😍 So happy your enjoying the videos babe x
Amber Mitchell hey Amber, I feel like the brown rice is obv better fibre and metabolism wise, but they are the same point value, as is white and brown bread so go with your preference 😊 I tend to just use whatever I have in because I like both. The curries I make have such a great strong flavour I really can’t tell the difference between which rice I use x
