Is the skinny syrup better than the my protein syrup? They are both free of nasties and 0 points i believe
Natasha, do you mind if I ask you how do you make your stake? Do you put it on high temperature..for how long do you "fry" it..do you switch sides often? I have a problem with either overcooking it or making it look like I boiled it in water haha. Yours was nicely done and browned on the outside but nice and rare on the inside. Thanks a lot :)
Hey babe, the is a little bit of practice that's required I find, first off I season both side of my steak and instead of oiling the pan I oil and season the meat itself. Then I get it nice ad hot and brown the outside to my liking, then Ia reduce the heat and depending on the thickness do 1-2 mins each side if I want medium rare. As I said it comes with practice, I used to over cook my steak all the time but now its kind of second nature, you will get the hang of it in time x

I'm so jealous of your casserole stoneware, I've got electric which you can't use them on a ceramic hob, they make the job so much easier to transfer from hob to oven & less washing too x
Niks_healthy_lifestyle 1 aww babe cast iron is the way to go for sure, it allows you to cook on the hob and oven in the same dish. I have a Le creuset one my mum bought as a wedding gift, the big ones are like £230 so I bought a Sainsbury’s Home one for £60 because I needed a slightly bigger one and it’s no different to my Le Creuset one...bargain, il link it for you as I think it’s in the sale now x
