Natasha, I felt like I could smell your delightful recipe all the way "across the pond" here in New Jersey,USA. Once in while, it is refreshing to switch up your menu on WW maintenance. I like your explanation of the whole procedure. It clarifies why you use certain techniques. Keep up the great work!!😁😁😁
I make a similar bolognese recipe every Sunday (I leave it to simmer on the hob for 2 hours, it's so nice the longer you leave it!) and make pasta for my boyfriend, but I actually have the sauce mixed into cauliflower rice, I get the richness of the sauce without the bloat of pasta and honestly love it! I enjoy the more chatty videos too 😃
I've still been having my weekly pasta dish as a treat. Would you recommend I just have the sauce with veg. I do go to the gym about 4 times per week. It's always in my points. I do have a high protein breakfast & lunch. So eat some carbs for dinner. X
M Lock yeah babe I totally would, I used to binge on pasta and I always felt bloated. Now I make a really chunky sauce packed with loads of veg and I prefer it so much and I never feel bloated or uncomfortable 🤩 x

The thing is I really don’t eat that much but I find I’m really hungry on the ww diet. Have you got any tips when you are hungry? I’m really hungry at night time especially. I work late as I run a restaurant. The daily routine of what you eat just wouldn’t satisfy me. Or is it something that your body gets used to over time ? Xx

Arnita Malnaca I use them in my baking babe, I make fruit and chocolate mousse for the kids and I also use them in my Mince for homemade burgers and meatballs to bind them 🤩 they never go to waste x
Emma Read yeah smoothies should be fine as long as you make them yourself as shop bought ones tend me be full of sugars and aren’t that great! Good luck Emma 🍓🍓 x
