    I have been doing WW since 2017. I am down 95 pounds and struggling right now but working through it and am determined to get to where I want to be.

    You look beautiful Natasha ! Well done on such an incredible weight loss. You literally shine and glow through the screen ! You look so happy and healthy here too, you should be very proud of yourself ⭐️ !!!....I completely agree with you as well, weight loss is a mindset. First and foremost you have to do it for yourself, losing weight for someone else or because you feel pressurised into losing weight only leads to resentment and failure. I have also lost a lot of weight over this last year, going from just over 12st to now 8st 10 which at 5ft 6 is a nice slim weight for me. The difference it has made to me both physically and mentally is overwhelming. I think the key is to try and actually ‘enjoy’ losing weight and I think you are an excellent example of that. You can see that from your ‘what I eat in a day’ videos. How you stay so disciplined because you actually plan ahead and keep a track every day, but actually you enjoy doing so. Also how you look forward to your meals, how you think of exciting recipes to try and you keep your food interesting and varied. All of this (I believe) is key to successful and long-term weight loss and maintenance.

    Natasha you are such an inspiration, I absolutely love your honest advise. I rejoined last week. I had my weigh in yesterday and was 3.5lbs down. I vowed to myself this time I will not miss a week even if I think I might be up and I won't be afraid of the scales anymore. You look fantastic. 🥰🥰

    Your are so encouraging Natasha! You've done so amazing and it does show in how you look and talk about yourself. I lost 100lbs on WW so I agree with everything you said, especially about deciding it's a lifestyle not a diet. Losing alot of weight does make a big difference in your appearance, your physical endurance, but also how you feel about yourself. Great video.

    Two weeks on WW. The first week was easy and this week I found myself missing foods. So I'm having a bath and face mask and watching WW videos for motivation.

    Thank you so much for your videos! I have modeled a lot of what I do now on WW based on your suggestions-and it’s working so much better than before. I love the WW recipe suggestions, plus, just seeing how you allocate your points (low breakfast, more for dinner) And, I now realize how important it is to have a small treat during the day. Having a treat coupled with coffee really makes a difference in both satisfaction and not feeling overly deprived. Thanks again! Love your channel! 🥰

    Hi Natasha. Just started watching your vids. I've just started my journey this week. Everything you said made so much sense to me and you are a brilliant inspiration. I had such an awful relationship with food using it for comfort. What you said about nourishment and enjoying different food made so much sense. I don't feel like I'm denying myself anything. I love what you said about it being a lifestyle change and making that choice. Its stayed in my head. Your food looks amazing and you've inspired me to cook again.     I discovered your channel through Marie Anne lacquer glad I did I need the motivation to loose weight again I lost a lot of weight and slowly gained most back I. I hope to get motivated , I lost my weight before by tracking calories writing every thing down I ate . Stepping on the scale daily ,drinking water , and walking . Writing it down was the key for me. I can’t wait thanks for the motivation starting tomorrow .

I’ve just re joined WW after being a gold member and outing around 21/2 stone back on I’ve currently lost 19lbs so on a good track but just wanted to say thanks for this videos as I’m finding the meals really interesting as you said in this one it’s good to keep a mix of food so thanks x

    I admit I’m someone who doesn’t love cooking and like you said it can be “soul destroying” 😂 to try to cook at home to eat healthy when you hate cooking. I’d love see a future video for tips / hacks / shortcuts for those of us who avoid the kitchen but want to ease into cooking bc we know we can better control our food choices that way.
    Great video, as always! And good on you for celebrating. Nothing shallow about celebrating any success. You earned it! 💕

    Great video again. Very inspiring. I lost 26 lbs since October, and I track also everything I eat, it works for me . WW has become part of my life too, and the ap helps a lot in keeping track . I got myself a Fitbit which is linked to the WW ap and it helps me tracking my steps and any exercise I do. Walking is my favorite choice of exercise. Now that I have lost the weight I am seriously thinking of starting a yoga class , to help with flexibility . You are a very inspiring person...

    You have done amazingly Natasha. I have lost a lot of weight and changed my body massively. I was a size 16 and I am now a size 8-10. I was 15 stone and I am now 12 stone. I still have more to go but I have reached a point where I feel really defeated now. I follow weight watchers religiously but I just can't seem to get below the 12 stone mark. It is frustrating as I feel like this is still a heavy weight and I would like to loose another two stone in an ideal world. (for reference I am 5.6-5.7 so not super tall or anything) Anyone doing WW with any tips would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks so much babe I super appreciate it, I eat dinner around 5-5:30 and go to bed around midnight. I try never t eat after 8pm unless its fruit x

    I love watching your ww journey although i still don't have the motivation to start doing it. Stress and life keep getting in the way (hmmm...is that an excuse?)
