How does Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation work?
You see, there are specific areas of a depressed brain that are hypoactive (or sleepy). We use a magnetic pulse to activate (or wake up) those areas of the brain. This brings the brain activity back to normal. We do this repetitively to induce neuroplasticity in the brain tissue. This means that we generate new connections between these brain cells by repetitive stimulation of the brain cells.
Think of TMS Therapy as a workout routine. But instead of your muscle, it’s is a workout for your brain. You don’t lift weight once and expect to build up muscle. Instead, you lift weight in sets; you do it daily for a few weeks to see your muscle mass growing over time-the same thing with TMS. We stimulate the brain repetitively for a few weeks to cause a long-lasting change in the brain.
We are all concerned about our physical health, and we should be. But it is about time we give our mental health a fair chance.

I tried all ssri snri katamine and psilocybin and ect but not effective on me I am resistant of bipolar disorder lastly I decided to make TMS device at home since of 2020 I worked on it but finally I successful but after some day it not work me but after some day it work I am completely not understanding it pattern
We can't really comment on this. We can only comment on TMS devices approved by the USA FDA.

can i ask, When medicine are not effective? Tms Would help? Because the medicine affect in my brain like Memory loss, I hope my brain Back to a normal :((
TMS can help depression regardless of medications. Most of the clinical trials on TMS were done on patients who didn't respond to medications. That's why we use it for those who didn't. TMS may have its own side effects (headache), but memory loss is not a proven side effect of TMS. Hopefully, this helps.

All neuropsychiatric conditions and treatments carry a hefty placebo and nocebo effect compared to other conditions and treatments. The key is doing randomized control trials to eliminate the confounding placebo and nocebo. RCT had been supportive of TMS. The effect size of TMS is similar or better than medications antidepressants but probably lower than ECT. Esketamine also separated from placebo in RCTs. Hope this helps.
