Reed will be a HOF'er in the end. He is a star.
I like the Packers approach to their WR room. You have a good group of receivers, none of which are currently superstars. Because no one is a superstar, Love has the opportunity to find the open WR for each pass play and feed the ball to that WR. So every week, a different WR seemed to have a great game. Contrast this to when Davante Adams blossomed into a superstar. He got the majority of the targets and was consistently the top WR week in and week out. However, it was easier to neutralize the Packers if you took Adams out of the game with double teams. I'd prefer the Packers continue to have a WR room of good, hungry WRs. Tough to defend, any one of the WRs can step up.
Or they may all actually be Superstars but nobody gives them the credit yet because they are only 1-2 years into their careers.
100% agree. Lots of great players in this room & all seem so humble with a great team spirit.

@@masonboard I like Doubs but he’s a good WR2 for sure. I feel like Wicks is the best of the bunch overall.

I agree, Wicks definitely has the potential to be the best out of all of them. I still think Watson can be a game breaker though, he just needs to stay healthy and take a second season-style jump

Reed.... Class act. Love the cut of his jib. He's an explosive guy with great hands. I thought he looked like a talent on his college tape too . I wouldn't swap the Packers receivers room for any other teams right now
Packers have hit on every single second round pick at WR the past twenty years. Every single one.
One analyst's predraft report on Jayden Reed basically said that he believed Jayden would have been a 1st round pick had he had a better quarterback his final year at Michigan State. Apparently, the quarterback play really dropped off, leading to a drop in production for Jayden through no fault of his own.
I was really bummed to see Jayden go to the Packers. He was a dawg at msu.

Watson still has the highest upside. It took Adam’s like 3 full seasons to get in a groove. If Watson can stay healthy this year and work on his route running and release he can be a top receiver in the league. Reed looks like Adam’s already though with his work at the line. He’s got a great release. He was statistically a top receiver per play. He didn’t get a ton of targets but he was very efficient when he did. He has a ton of potential too. I hope the packers go offense heavy next year and pick up a top corner or pass rusher in the first round and in free agency. If they fill edge and corner in free agency and round 1 they can dominate going offense in 2-7 next draft.

I think Romeo Doubs is a little more underrated than Jayden Reed, Romeo had just as many TDs this season as Jayden and time and time again made clutch plays.
