Some very wholesome invasions in this one. Simultaneous deaths are always fun, and I always appreciate invaders who know when to use mobs for protection and backup, and when to pause and let the host deal with them so everyone gets a more interesting fight.
The Placidusax spell is my favorite encantation recently. The unyielding burst comes out quick, so you can surprise people who are low on health, you can free aim the beams to make it a lot harder to roll, and every part sends them flying backwards so it has ledge potential (had one invasion where I instantly used it to knock 3 people off during the initial invincibility)

Fun fact: although the pickAXE is a great hammer, you can powerstance it with great axes. That means powerstancing it with the rusted anchor is possible which provides 2 weapons with pierce type attacks.
@@CornLeafy Rot only means they try to kill you with rot only. So they don upgrade their weapons to minimise damage of direct hits. Its basically a meme.

Yessss daggers are super under rated - and cool . also would love to see some type of flail action. Hard to use but I would like to see how Chase does a build around them. The spinning mace ash of war is super good when it has bloodflame or blackflame on it and hyperarmour is dope
Seemed to rely too heavily on the enemy committing to trade. You did, however, seem to catch them out pretty often with the transition to special attack out of the strikes.
Its not even close to broken, did we watch the same video? It was wildly (heh) ineffective for most of the duels and it got him backstabbed multiple times in invasions. Its probably good in confined spaces, but thats about it for invasions.
@@DUES_EX that's why I said it was slowly getting to broken if fromsoft starts increasing the casting speed of the wild strikes. If you read my comment correctly, you would have realized I said it was slowly better till it's upgraded and broke.

@@DUES_EX Yeah, nah... 'patched' implies it's not the intended behavior, but it is. All status effects, including madness and sleep, can be activated on phantom hits. So in this case, nerfed *is* the correct term, since the proposed changes would be reducing the effectiveness of those two status effects in particular.

Rotten Greataxe seems to be bugged. I faced a different opponent using it today and it also didn't do any damage.
They could also not have the stats for it and be using it for the buildup since the secondary here I believe was a dex weapon mainly
