    Thanks a lot; for such a brief review. My mother is now under a health insurance policy(group plan) since 2019 under HDFC ERGO and Bandhan bank, purchased through Bandhan bank. Now their tie up is over, so the existing policy could not be renewed any more. She is now 65 years old suffering from BP, cholesterol and hypothyroidism. HDFC ERGO said that group plan can not be migrated. Now according to the rule 11 of IRDAI, migration of plan in indemnity policies, said plan can be migrated to HDFC ERGO retail plan(in the same insurance company).? Please guide me. Thanks in advance

    I am existing customer of National Insurance Company. I online did procedure to port my policy to ICICI LOMBARD. BUT DUE TO my DVT Problem in leg 14th ago and this year there is no problem to me . Still ICICI LOMBARD COMPANY REJECTION TO GIVE ME INSURENCE EXCEPT MY FAMILY MEMBERS 3 PERSON.

    Add : agar ombudsman ke award ko timely company honoured nahi krti to per day 5,000/- ki penalty insured ko as a compensation deni padegi... Kindly refer to page 10 clause 20 of the said master circular....

    Hi...the 13th point is live now right? As I have taken 3 years HI one time but i have asthma but it has been a decade now i am not having any issues with asthma but i have not mentioned the same in policy but now if i am with company more than 5 years now it can now easily get covered with the same disease if something happened right???

    I along with my wife have health insurance policy of Nova Bupa. Last year, we paid Rs. 55,000/- on account of annual premium. Now, our health insurance policy is due for renewal. This time health insurance company is asking Rs. 75000/- for annual premium, which is not justified. Please advise what should we do?

    Helth insurance policy done by bank customer (bank group) can be migrated within the same company, either on an individual or floater basis, please
    clarity.

    Care Supreme plan hai mera, 2 years chal raha hai. Recently hospitalized huwa tonsillitis ka deases pe, without surgery. Claim rejected. I think I was supposed to get claim settlement.. could you please clear my doubts?

    After paying premium for 5 years, the claim will not be rejected. This applies to both medical insurance and Term insurance??

    5 years ka Moratorium period toh 1 April 2024 se hi applicable ho chuka hai as per IRDAI. But I have purchased a policy this month, usme 8 years h moratorium period. What can I do now? Company customer care wale bol rahe h ki abhi koi update nahi h.

    Mam my relative has policy from October 2018 i.e; 5.5 years till date and has hernia which is from past 10 years and he has not disclosed in his policy starting because he was not aware of that. Will he get claim now due to moratorium period benefit?

    Regarding point 13 you have covered in the video which mentions that Policy / Claim cannot be contested after 60 months of continuation. But what if a policy-holder has migrated to a different plan within the same insurance company ? OR what if the policyholder has ported to a different insurance company ? - will this clause still hold true?

      It's doesn't matter u had migrated or port will be applicable on all..

    hello…some companies are providing protection for list 1 for non medical items.list 2,3 and 4 are charges which are subsumed to be part of room ,diagnostic procedure treatment etc.does it means they are covered automatically and only we need list 1 add on cover

      The claim is paid out accordingly.

    मैडम मैने 14 जुलाई 2024 को 10 लाख का हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस लिया था और एडवांस में 3 साल का हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम जमा कर दिया है जो 14 जुलाई 2026 तक चलेगा, उस समय जब मैने इंश्योरेंस लिया था तब मुझे शुगर की प्रॉब्लम नही थी ये मुझे 1 महीने पहले ही पता चला है तो क्या मुझे 2 साल बाद अगर हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट होना पड़े तो मुझे क्लेम मिलेगा या रिजेक्ट होगा, और क्या मुझे अब आईसीआईसीआई lombard को इस विषय में बताना चाहिए, प्लीज रिप्लाई

I was denied to issue health insurance because of blindness and my health insurance application is rejected. There is also news about withdrawal of this policy and I'm not sure if they just stopped issuing a new policy or actual withdrawal where the policy holder has to migrate to another policy. I thought this might be a good topic if the news about withdrawal is true

      Yes, mere pas yea policy he. Email Aya he withdrawal ka. 2 din pehle hi Mera 1 cashless claim Pura approve Hua. They r very good in giving claims, as per my experience
