Dude I know exactly how you feel.. my FZ09 was gonna get me killed...I like the simplicity of the grom and how I can customize it to me.
had you ever wished to have done something before something bad happens to you? well, you did that thing before something bad happens. you selled that fast bike and prevented a mayor injury or death. you could be paralitic and wishing you had have selled that bike.
you did the right thing.

I totally agree with you. I went from kawasaki zxr (1992) with 750cc to a Honda ape (2002) with 100cc. Love the Ape more lol

congrats bro i got the same one two weeks ago in the same color. let us know if you are having any issues on fifth gear after riding it for a while. seems like a common issue with these new five speed groms. keep your ears open for a high pitched metal rubbing noise that goes away after slowing down and downshifting to 2
i'm dealing with this issue and after doing some research found a lot of other people are having the same issue.
I have a 23 Grom with 400km, never heard this on my bike before. Do you have a video for reference?

i have a 2022 Honda Navi lol not fast at all really just use it for commute to work and back really. i have gotten to 50 mph but where i live in city it limits from 35 to 45 most roads anyways love the grom tho!

@@ItsJustJakeYT Thanks brother i want to upgrade it with the clutch and variator kit to make it get up and go and little bit faster at least the exhaust is nice but not needed for my taste lol
Well after watching the rest of the video I think I'm going to get a grom instead of my dream bike the mt09sp, hurts to say but I ride my r6 like and idiot to and your right its time to smarten up and get better at wheelies instead
If you already have a R6 then i’d say go for the grom! Its nice having the option to go slow or fast haha

I live in Utah too and am thinking about getting a Grom for a first bike. Can it make it up the canyons without going so slow that some housewife in an SUV anxious to get to Snowbird isn't a threat to run the bike over?
Might take a little effort going up the canyon. But going down will be easy😂
I ditched my RSV Millie because I wanted to see my twins grow up, job done dude but now I want to get a bike for fun the problem is I’m gonna live on a boat ,!, Monkey or Grom .? I’d love to see the grom two up , just for the odd trip to town , is it. Completely out of the question on a monkey ?
I preferred the grom for a bunch of reasons. Mainly aesthetics tho!
Did they do away with that noise that the 2022 model made?

You're diluting yourself if you think that you've stepped down the risk. You're failing to consider the fact that you are a much smaller now and much more difficult for other vehicles to see. Your risk is equal if not greater.

I would buy a new grom but the new design is so fucking ugly! It’s a downgrade in my opinion.
Yea i wish they woulda kept the more aggressive look from the previous generation, but oh well.
