Idk about you, mapili na ang mga Canadians din. They dont want to work at tim hortons. However, I saw a trend. They dont wanna work doon kasi puno na ng mga bumby yung tims. And they hate it. If konti, more diverse, I think ok lang sila sa tims. Internal kantyaw na ata nakukuha nila pag nagwork sila sa tims dahil sa dami ng bumby. And super dumi ng mga fast food restaurant pag sila yung employees.
Indians are taking over the franchises and it's because na yung Politiko na isa doon ay isang Sikh so sino ba uunahin nun kundi kapwa nya indians nako eto na tlaga yung wrong move nila sa diversity.
The Harper admin 10 years ago was so strict with their immigration policies. At the time when most TFWs were sent home, a lot here in Calgary remained. Then police came in to local Pinoy hangouts to check out their papers. Also, one was pulled over for a missing car seat. The police found out that he didn't have a status either so he was given days to leave. The govt purpose was to control undocumented people. But it looks like a lot a changed lately.
Yan ung result ng overcrowding ng Minimum wage type of jobs na workers. The effect is really dun sa mga Canadians na need this type of jobs transitioning from being a High School student to a full force worker or a College Students. It is just right to limit workers affecting their own. Plus, the flooding of immigrants are causing Canadians paying higher home rentals and long lines getting medical assistance.
Government should be very strict with their immigration policies and when issuing visas. Tourist should not be allowed to work at all because they did not undergo the assessment process compared to other visa applicants. International student should not be allowed to bring their family not until they finish their schooling and have found a job in line with their studies. Foreign workers should be sent home after their contract. Imagine the impact that this problems created for the permanent resident & Canadian Citizens being rob of their priorities in the workforce, health care, housing & other.
I’ve worked with International Foreign students in a manufacturing company. Most of the them can’t focus during work because they always kept on checking their cellphones.

Masyadong nagamit lang ng mga consultant yan kesyo kikitain mo ang tuition at makaka pr ka agad but in reality its not! Depende yan sa kurso na kukunin mo. Kunin na kurso yun nasa STEM . After aral may mga certificate ka pa na kailangan para mas may edge ka makapasok ng trabaho or need mo din ng connections. Yun certificate usually nasa mga engineering at science courses yun.
Those young Canadians hindi sila tulad ng mga foreign worker kasi ang mindset nila di nila kailangang magtyaga sa trabaho na di nila gusto kasi kahit wala silang trabaho they can stay in Canada dahil citizen sila unlike foreigners na kailangang mag tiis or else wala sila status at mapapalayas sila sa Canada

Once na fuse ka working visa? Nakaka sad lng po kasi kala ko okey na kasi naiprovide ko na lahat ng requirements nila na hinihingi sakin the narefuse din pala…

@@RuthDelaPena-ce1ys madam last june 5 ng biometric po ako for my PR aplication ko then after 2 weeks na request po sila digital photo at medical ko at police clearance ko dito sa oman po after a week na natefuse po yung working visa ko… 🥲 affected din po yung proccecing ng PR ko? Once na fuse ka working visa? Nakaka sad lng po kasi kala ko okey na kasi naiprovide ko na lahat ng requirements nila na hinihingi sakin the narefuse din pala…
