Hey great video. Thanks for the demonstration and information. Would you happen to know how many mAh the battery is? Most is this price range are around 20000mAh
This was very frustrating for me, but I found out after reading the instruction manual closely, that you have to plug the charging components into the outlet in a specific order or it will not charge. First you connect the usb cable to the 120V AC adapter, then connect them to a wall outlet. Then make sure the power to the device is off, and connect it to the other end of the usb. It will start charging with visual feedback until it’s fully charged, then it will automatically shut off. If you connect the device, usb cable and AC adapter together first and then plug it into the outlet, it will not charge. Also when you jump start a battery, make sure the power is off on the device. The green ready light will turn on whether you have the power on or off, but if the power is on, it won’t supply power to the battery for some reason.
Definitely, we are being inundated with lithium batteries... every where. Fire is a great 😟 concern that hopefully has been overcome by good manufacturing procedures. My observation: most lithium fires occur during charging or when overcharging. Jump packs' main purpose is to be readily available when needed. Have a wonderful week ahead 😊.

How do I know if it’s fully charged? If I press the power button once, a single led comes on follow by 3 LEDs, I’m not quite sure what that means.
Three lights is fully charged
Gotcha. Thanks!
Does not have an overide button. It needs a battery on the car with some charge, won't turn on a car without a battery.
That is absolutely correct. Thank you for sharing.
I like to see how do you charge the unit.
I just re watched the video. :43 seconds shows the wall charger and USB-A to USB-A cable. That is how to charge. Hope this helps.

Thank you. It's rated at 37.185 WH
@htnowpro thanks but how many mAh?
When u charge it do u turn it on or off?
I leave it off. As of a few weeks ago it quit charging. I have tried different chargers and cables.
@@htnowproso it’s garbage then?
Mine is no longer working. 😢@EberMoreno-u8z
How long does the unit take to charge? Plugged it in to charge the unit and there is no visible feedback to indicate charge level.
I haven't timed the charge cycle. Best way I have found to check charge level is to unplug, turn on, check charge level, LED's.

@@Paul-cr8mothank you for this. I was about to return my unit until I read this.
Once u have let it sit for 20/30 mins charging disconnect & connect it , it will start to blink blue and show the charging level
Thank you for the advice. Your advice was better than all videos I watched. Guess I should have read the manual too. Thank you!@@Paul-cr8mo
Make sense if you can keep inside the car..but lithium batteries can catch fire with the heat..

DO NOT plug the cables to the jump battery when not connected to the car battery first 🙄🤦🏻♂️
Thanks for the tip 👍.
Why not?

DON'T BUY IT PEOPLE I USE IT 4 TIMES AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK AND IS NOT CHEAP🤦
4 times Jump starting or as a battery bank and jump box? How old is it? Would be good information for all.
