Just watched this all the way through at 1440p on a high end 2560x1440 monitor. Astounding quality helped in no small part by such a beautiful part of the world. The sharpness in the snowy trees at around 4:30 is amazing. Now I know which 4K camera I have to buy.
i cant wait for the summer to start using mine, please tell me how did you do the time lapse I have sony platinum 13 for editing thanks. Awesome stuff nice job!!
Did you add contrast in post, or is that high contrast comming solo from the recording ? as there is a whole lot of it ... if you see the squirrel, @2.12 it almost fade in the amount of contrast ? ...
Hi! I need help.I can't play my 4kvideos on my laptop(windows 7) like it used to play before but i dont knowwhy now it doesnt.windows mediab player says the codec was not found.what should i do? Is there problem with my camera?
Can you please tell me is the 24X Clear Image zoom in 4K or lesser Quality can you fit a Rode Videomic Pro external Mic onto this camcorder without having to get an adoptor.
***** The 24X zoom I believe does reduce the quality slightly, but not enough that it is obvious. I am not sure about the mic. I will do some checking and see if I can find out.
Thanks for the info,i really like my Panasonic X920 which i now have 2 years and feel like a change but i was disappointed Panasonic didn't bring out the new HC-WX970 with a viewfinder.I like the look of the Panasonic HC-X1000 but its about £1800 UK Pounds. Paul
If anything this footage convinced me NOT to get this camera. Limited dynamic range is really evident here as the subject is correctly exposed but the grass looks "blown out" in many shots.
ND filters can help shift the exposure if the camera cannot stop to a level that is suitable, but nothing can "add" dynamic range. a few stops of ND would have helped making it look less blown out in post though.

Nice video and beautiful colors.
Rule of law: If it looks good on youtube, its going to look way better on "better" screens
my computer screen is better than my tv
Nice..do you use an external mic on this camera as well? Thinking about getting this model
Awesome footage and music
Very nice man!
Looks great.

Good work!
this cam and a zoom h6 and you got a great setup !
I wish I knew hot to use that Zoom H6 microphone. I honestly bought it a few months ago and returned it because I didn't know how to use it.
where did you get the song?
Great Video
i totally enjoy it
can you remember the Settings? Did you shoot in 24p or in 25p?
Günter Vitting I actually shot with 30 FPS
+Tony Campbell the ax100 supports 30fps in 4k?

***** You have to get an adaptor for about 8 bucks on Amazon to fit the mic.
Thanks for this info.
Paul
No zoom?
Is this color graded or stock? I have some color graded AX100 on my channel.
Why u have 302 sub but with no vid?
was this before the 100mps update?
😍😍😍
Crispy sharp images but somehow very flat ?
friendly advise sometime autoexposure is not the best, use zebra at 85% and reduce the gain to 0 db it will look more define colors and HDR is great
1080 video !? what's the point ?
upload other clip plane or flying bird in sky day time
shashi from INDIA
this is not 4k....

isn't that what nd filters are for ?

Thanks, Joshua. Could you give a time when it looks blown out?
Do you mean at 3:12? Looks the auto focus couldn't catch up the movement.
color is flat
30 fps max, no thanks
Nice work!!!
