You never show what you actually did BUT, you mentioned connections to the circuit board, so I did my normal to unplug and replug the connections several times. Hallelujah that was the fix. You save me lots of $$, the appliance tech told me buy a new machine! Thank you
Glad it worked out. The machine I fixed lasted few more years of commercial use. Cleaning the contacts did the trick. The board was actually OK, just loose connections. Best of luck!
Yes, but had some issues eventually, the problem was actually oxidation on the board contacts not allowing for a good connection. I cleaned contact ends including plug, and squeezed a bit more terminals to have more grip. Machine has been fine since. Problem was caused by bleach poured on side dispenser not longer used, also corroded the suspension. Plastic cover was not effective enough in protecting motherboard located in a pretty dumb location. Might want to add some additional protection such as dielectric gel or silicone over terminals. Old motherboard was actually fine just had same issue with poor contacts. Machine is a workhorse, used several times daily on a commercial environment for years with no other big issues.
I have this exact machine but im unable to see the model #? I dont have the manual as i received it from a family member who doesnt have it anymore. Could you tell me the model number so I can order a control board as well? Im having the same random operation and now the lid is stuck closed and wont open.😢 Is there a way to manually open it after removing the front panel?
I have that exact one, just bought because thats the only one that fits in the apartment. The water isnt filling all the way even on heavy duty and high rinse level. What can be the problem?
Pretty sure it's normal. I never liked the fact that the lid is always closing when washing. But never seen the water more than half level .I am pretty sure it will not fill up. Most new machines are not filling up, it's a water saving feature. The agitating is supposed to do the job with less water. There is not an option for water level anyway. Best of luck..G
Ok, your video isnt the best BUT your information is awesome. My friend has this machine and it's doing random stuff too. I'm going to look at the contacts as you advise. Are you talking only about the contacts going to the control board? Thank you for your great info!!
Yes. I suggest cleaning the contacts on the board and, of course, the contacts on the clip with the wires. If you can squeeze the connectors a bit to give them more grip once plugged into the board, it is helpful as well. A contact cleaner spray can also help. It is sold in the electrical section at Home Depot. Thanks. Best of luck. G
I'm having problems under the knobs panel there is a red light flashing dryer side but dryer works fine the washer won't do anything but make 3 beeps sounds what's my problem I need help
Sadly there can be multiple causes of the issue you describe. As simple as a faulty door lock mechanism, to a faulty control board, there are 2, one for the washer and one for the dryer or a faulty drain pump. I would suspect the washer door lock first, when starting the machine it makes a clicking sound and lock, if a faulty machine will stop further operations. Best of luck. G
Each model has specific features. If yours has a display, you should have an error code. Sometimes, they use blinking lights. The best way is to try to find the service manual online. It has the info repair technician are using..Best of luck. G
Sadly, the bottom motherboard will control everything washer-related. Loose contacts might be an issue, but you can always test the pump by supplying power to it. It is better to do this once it is removed. Make sure the impeller is not stuck with debris of any kind and can spin properly. Pumps can fail, which is not related to motherboard issues. Thanks. G
Yes. Has been several months and no more issues. I did the suspensions later got them on eBay for $13 each. Machine is used 5 days a week on a business environment. I think the key is make sure contacts on motherboard and connectors are cleaned and a light additional crimping does help if issue re appear. Best of luck. G
Hi. Please make sure is not a contact issue. Clean contacts very well on both ends. Make sure crimping is tight. Is a Frigidaire Electrolux Part # 808653801. Control board Best Dela on one Ebay $99 for a nice looking used one with free shipping. New is close to $200. Good luck. G
Not really, the wires are clipped with a plastic holder to the black cover, make it a bit easier if you loose the wire holder, the black cover needs to be pried open, a flat head screwdriver Will do. Is a bit hard to push black cover back once you are done, It Will Just snap in Place. If you have issues regarding the wires a zip Will Do..Best of luck. G
@@ingeniousgiacomo I took mine to a guy who repairs circuit boards and he told me that for 40 bucks he would try and fix it, but with no guarantee. He did and it worked. I'm so glad.
Man, you need to back off the camera a bit and stop moving it all over! Seriously, if yuo want to do an instructional video. have someone else hold the camera while you show people things. At the very least, use a tri-pod to hold the camera for the most part, and pick up the camera when you need to show something a little closer.
Frigidaire laundry centers are pieces of crap. Last one I moved to replace a board blew both frame brackets off their rivets. Both washer sides bowed in and leveling leg fell off. It did have water it refused to drain out. I refuse to work on these they’re so spastic. Error mode gives error codes referring to problem parts that when replaced don’t fix it. Money pit POS. Fucj Frigidaire
You are the worst. Please buy a phone stand. I did not get clarity and I have broken down my laundry center and my start button for the washer still DON'T work

I have the same washing machine that does not do anything. Did you replace the board?

Sure. Will do a little later. Machine is still in use at one of my jobs.
The model on Combo in Video is:
FFLE3911QW0. There are 2 control boards, one for dryer on top, and one for washer on the bottom.

Camera work is too close and it is hard to see what is going on.
Thanks for watching!
This is a terrible video you need someone to work the camera for you next time
