If you can see carnival from the balcony, it would be worth it to me. If not, I would be hard pressed to spend that… with the caveat that I’m not a partier and this reminds me of a way crazier version of Preakness, Marti Gras etc. btw if you have never seen it, UA-cam Preakness ‘running of the porta-potties.
