It's cheaper. Every country has skilled laborers. To import laborers is a customs & immigration nightmare. Housing, transportation and feeding hassle. And pay for the foreigner would cost you 3x more than a local on the grounds of travel, per diem, and hardship

It affects the people due to the smell, disease, and contaminated water ( we have cholera, idk if it's such a big thing where u live ), and it hurts the wildlife.

OMG, Mr. Beast was in my country, Zambia! What a wonderful gesture you have shown to the kids and community residents in Mapapa Village. Please consider visiting the urban areas too, where suicide cases have become alarmingly common among youths, with unemployment being one of the leading causes. Life in the city, especially in the capital, Lusaka, is incredibly challenging. I speak for many Zambians when I say that we have numerous bright individuals with innovative ideas to start lucrative businesses. These ventures could not only benefit them but also create jobs for other youths. I would love it if you could support us young changers of society.

this is so much nicer than giving money to charity and never knowing where it is going. Actually seeing you go out and make actual changes to places in need and returning to show how it's grown and further improvements is just amazing, This is something that the villages will remember in hundreds of years I am sure.

As someone that lives in zambia, and sees these problems first hand. I just wanna recognise the amount of effort that goes into doing things like this, so I just want to say thank you. Another big problem we have here is the trash, so maybe we could see a part 2 to this?

@eisflamme2438 Mostly just the fact that we can not find a proper way to dispose of it, I'm lucky that I am fortunate enough to where these problems don't affect me. It's mainly just the villages. It affects the people due to the smell, disease, and contaminated water ( we have cholera, idk if it's such a big thing where u live ), and it hurts the wildlife.

I got laid off from my job in December and it’s been a struggle ever since but seeing the will to persevere and the resilience of everyone in this video definitely puts things into perspective. Please consider visiting the urban areas too, where suicide cases have become alarmingly common among youths, with unemployment being one of the leading causes. Life in the city, especially in the capital, Lusaka, is incredibly challenging. I speak for many Zambians when I say that we have numerous bright individuals with innovative ideas to start lucrative businesses. These ventures could not only benefit them but also create jobs for other youths. I would love it if you could support us young changers of society.

I'd be afraid of any person who is not brought to tears and ear to ear smiles for the entire video. The things we take for granted are beyond the dreams of so many. The waterslide for example, such a basic idea, yet something not possible for these children prior to the well.

Trying to make a TikTok dance was hilarious! Watching everyone try to coordinate was a real challenge. At least the final product was ‘fire’-literally!
