I HATE addiction! It destroys families, ppl, society! And we have many legal drugs- alcohol damaged my whole family. I’m 57 and will never be whole from the damage. But I keep my mind on heavenly things. I love you Jesus ❤
Tracey, I’m really sorry to hear about the struggles you've faced because of addiction, and I want you to know that your feelings are completely valid. Addiction truly can cause a lot of pain and brokenness in lives and families. It's inspiring to see how you've chosen to focus on the positive, keeping your mind on heavenly things. This reminds me of Philippians 4:8, which encourages us to think about whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Clinging to Jesus and His love is a powerful way to find healing and strength.
Remember, you are not alone. God’s presence is a promise, as in Hebrews 13:5, He says, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” And it's okay to seek help-counseling or support groups can be a place of healing and understanding. @@Veronica.John10-10 it sounded like the video that I received a notification for just an hour earlier, which was about a woman trapped in the sex slave trade. I think it was the same exact video. Of course I can be wrong about that.
