I recently reverted to Islam. Before I actually looked into it I thought jihad meant holy war. The truth is jihad refers to the personal struggles we face day to day which could be anything. Now when I hear people use jihad to reference holy war I get upset because that’s only ONE aspect of Jihad and in that instance it’s referring to fighting back not starting a fight. You can also live in many Arab countries as a Christian. Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Qatar, UAE just to name a few have had Christian populations for centuries. Anyway, it just bothers me to hear some of these lies being told by a man who clearly has a bias. As salamu alaykum fellas
As someone who grew up around Hezbollah because I’m southern Lebanese, I can tell you that the fact that they’ve been labeled as a terrorist group in their own country while the IDF gets to be called the moral army in someone else’s country is bullshit.
How Israel has managed to push millions of people outside their home, and make the world feel they are the good guys, is truly amazing, and heartbreaking at the same time.
When they say Hamas is a terrorist group, remember that they also considered Nelson Mandela a terrorist for trying to free his country from European colonialism. The rich colonizers get to choose who is a terrorist and who’s not
