As for the rules about waste disposal and maintaining premises you can forget that too. This is so flipping dodgy and illegal!

I used to live up HareHills over 20 years ago and yeah, it's a bit rough just like a lot of other areas around the country but, it is also filled with a lot of hard working people. The snobbery in these comments looking down on a man trying to make a few quid in the current climate based on where he's located and what he's serving it out of is unreal and I guarantee that a large percentage of the people commenting are just lazy dole dossers unsuitable even to chop the guys onions.
