@PAOKTSIS20 add any z item that changes you from level 8. Doesn't matter if it's Health +1. You'll be a level 9 at this point. Your experience THEN starts raising your level from level 9.
instead of just regular hand to hand, use either trunks and rush attacks like high power rush or high speed rush or use goku and equip halo to use meteor mash and spam. It will work out.
oh... it's a very time consuming process, that requires your ps2 to be able to play burnt/copied games. I add it in through video editting usually, but this case is an expection.
