Yes.
I use a Hobie 16 mast and sails on my 19ft plywood trimaran. I can do 14 kts while making a sandwich from the cockpit.

@@JoyriderTV I'll have to recruit a crew to hold the camera. I can't spread peanut butter and hold a camera in my kitchen let alone a cockpit.
