Man, I'm really sorry for your girl but remember, that's just gonna get better with time. Also for the money stuff, it may be because I'm not american and I haven't growned up with that idea of "how much money you make" but really, when you think deeply about it, that shit doesn't matter in the end. I know many people won't agree with that, maybe it's too culture related but I'd rather make a tenth of what your school mates make and have a job related to my passion and that I'm happy to do than a job that has a high salary but that I don't like. If you have enough to live decently (by that I mean basic needs) money isn't a real problem anymore. Chasing money is an endless road and that won't make you happy I think, in your position I'd rather chase what makes me happy.
I used to have some of the highest grades back before high school, and one of my classmates listed me as their pick for most likely to end up successful. Meanwhile, most of those guys are probably out in the world doing all sorts of good stuff, and here I am with nothing to show for it. I can really relate to that feeling of being left behind as everyone else moves forward in life, it's a really dark place to be. I feel like it's taught me some lessons, though. I've come to feel like money, popularity, etc. aren't as important measurements of success, and it's all about finding the right place for you at the right time. I wouldn't tell you to just suck it up and be satisfied with everything in your life as it currently is, but I think you've built a legacy to be proud of in terms of cubing innovation. Plus, you're smart af and a hard ass worker, and I KNOW that you're capable of achieving success, whatever that looks like for you. I hope to someday be able to say that I put in half as much work as you have, right now I just have bad work ethic and no direction haha. I don't know the specifics of the relationship and whatever else, but I'd tell you to not feel like a bad person. Maybe you handled some things badly and did things you regret, maybe not, I have no idea. But if so, don't let it define you. I've said and done so many things that I wish I could undo, apologize for, etc. I still have rough nights where I dwell on stuff like that. I don't consider that to be who I am now, and it doesn't have to be who you are, either. You can't change the past, but you can make the future better. So don't beat yourself up, we all have skeletons in our closets. Maybe none of this really matters for the situation, in which case, man I'm dumb lmao. Hopefully something I said in there is actually helpful and nothing made you feel worse. You've got a lot more world experience than me, there's only so much I can say. That's all. ThE 1 BarbariaN the issue with multiple versions is that some people who get it first might miss out, one of the ideas i had was a completely new mega clock with roller bearings, CNC milled teflon gears, maglev, and special new clock mechanism which would cost over $100. (probably would only sell like two though hahah)
