Hi Andrew, I passed my exam. thank you very much.
I went through your Udemy course twice and practiced your ITA simulator twice (all 6 of them). that was sufficient.
few tips for others trying to get PMP certified.
    1. Read the question twice - you are in hurry due to time constraints, the questions have few tricks which you would miss if you just read it once. reading it twice ensures you understand the context they are talking about and just glancing through the answers will give an idea which one to go about.
    2. Dont spend too much time on calculations - I did not get a single calclation question in my PMP exam.
    3. once you have gone through the PMBOK guide/video lessons - make an adhoc list to revise. example: Smoothing/levelling, crashing/fasttracking, Risk strategies, conflict resolution strategies, contract types, Team chart vs organizational chart vs Proj chart, quality vs mange control, validation vs verification, Risk register vs risk report, critical path forward vs backward pass, cost baseline vs budget, qualitative vs quantitative, change control etc.
keep reviewing these ones (make your own list0, once you know all scenarios from these, you are in a good position.
    4. Ask yourself - is my thinking right? thinking in terms of predictive or agile mindset is important to get the answer right. try to rethink in multiple ways for each question and do it quickly - this will confirm your selection.
    5. if the question is too long - try to scan through the answers first - most of the time you will be able to get the answwer without even reading the question. then glance through the last part (the last but one period) of the question to confirm your answer.
    6. Practice as many as drag and drop questions (I got atleast4 of such questions).
    7. DONT GO FOR TOO MANY FREE ONLINE MOCKS - most of the mocks online are for previous versions of the exam. you will not get questions like what is quantitative analsis or options like this. more than 90% are all scenario based, so practice the latest versions CORRECTLY. otherwise it will scare you.
    8. understand and practice, stakeholder analysis/engagement, vendor management, change management, risk management thoroughly, almost all questions seemed to be from these areas. A problematic team member, vendor could not deliver on time, training for team members, what to do when change is requested etc.
Keep your calm most importantly. you need to think. all the best.

Thank you for this, because I have been on the struggle bus in a big way the last few weeks. It's like the info is just bouncing off my head while I am running through quick sand. It has unfortunately been a real downer and demotivator.

Andrew’s course and simulator is the best out there. I tried a couple others and they weren’t close to as good. I passed my PMP Saturday on the first try. The mindset is so important.
    Thanks Andrew!
