    Very nice.
If you could get it either a brass 12mm bolt or even better a copper bolt would be better. The thermal conductivity of steel is low compared to brass and especially copper.

@@rachel987-q6c . Judging by the bolt size of M12 it does look to be a 4mm drill bit.

will a regular hot glue nozzle work if i dont have all the tools in this video? im able to find nozzles that are close to the right diameter for filament and the ends would need to just be sanded to widen the diameter but they have balls inside the nozzle and i assume thats why they wouldnt work.

I'm having a difficult time drilling here (I am using a bolt that is the correct size I need for my hot glue gun); the drill bits I am using make little progress when drilling and keep breaking, especially the 4mm-sized ones. What type/brand drill bits are you using or recommend?

I'm interested in knowing the reason behind creating a new nozzle rather than using the original nozzle that came with the hot glue gun. It appears that the nozzle opening of both the original and the one you made are similar. Could you confirm if the diameter of the hole in the new nozzle (your design) is 1.8mm? Thanks.
