Dude!! i love you for this, u literally gave me the key to do this effect i've been trying to figure out for few months now!! thank u !!!
How did you get Ben shapiro to do the voice over 🤷♂️🤔😂
We are a team of many talents I guess ;)
It's only Ben shapiro if played at 1.5 speed
Oh my freaking gosh 😂😂
@@disciplethepoet christ almighty, I thought you were exaggerating, but it really is BS at 1.5x. it would be 100% spot on if there was a 1.6
@@disciplethepoet LOOL!
Welcome back! Please never stop making videos! Appreciate you guys ❤️
This is really helpful, thank you!
Found your VIP e-mail from a few days ago very helpful. A nice thing to receive on my birthday.
I've been using the soundtoys plugins for a while now and this was really refreshing. Thanks for all the effort you put out, it's much appreciated!!
Great to hear!
Perfect compilation of the best Soundtoys plugins. Excellent video. By the way, I/we missed you!
Agreed. I really valuable resource. The Crustallizer for example, I'd never take time to master it properly. This helped greatly. The decapitator is so easy to use and is my go to mojo plugin since it dropped.
Whoa, glad to see you back! I thought you stopped uploading lol
Its sounds really analog, great 💪
Missed these!!
Great video!
Incredible video, probably one of the best sound toys videos I’ve seen!
We did an accompanying blog post as well, that breaks down every SoundToys plugin in detail. Check it out on the blog
hyperbitsmusic.com/blog/
Great video! Would love to see one showing which channels you would use each plugin on - and whether you use a standard template with plugins preloaded to channels when starting a new track e.g. a hihat channel with Panman preloaded
Great suggestion! We will look into this :)
Excelente video.
Buen ejemplo de crystallizer. Nunca he sabido como utilizarlo.
tks the tips
Great Tut 😮 Awesome Toys
thanks for the video! I need Microshift now, it looks more convenient to use for Haas Effect, than Filter Delay
It really is!
really great video - thankyou
You got it! I'm glad it helped.
Just bought Soundtoys. Really quality video ! love it!
It's one of my favorite bundles for sure :)
This was the best demo
Dope stuff!
thanks man!
Good video!
That's what we're here for :)
Filterfreak is great too! Great auto cutoff
Fikterfreak is amazing. I slept on it for far too long, it's surprisingly versatile and awesome.
It’s on sale for Black Friday going to get them 🔥
Do it! They're amazing plugins.
Keep in mind that students of our Masterclass get massive discounts to SoundToys plugins and many many more (and we have a Black Friday discount on the horizon as well).
only one question remains... when are they going to update the UI for large screens?
Now
do these come in the ultimate effects pack ?
A question for SoundToys!
ableton autopan is literally panman and tremolator combined. decapitator, crystallizer, and alterboy are definitely worth getting tho
Sure, without the dynamic inputs, precise modulation, analog drive, and other features. But if I am looking for a quick and basic solution, I do reach for Autopan. When I want something precise, it's PanMan every time.
No gain match on Decapitator 😢
Have to use your ears to a degree... but there is also an auto gain switch that lowers the output by what you raise the input by!
kuwait jus listew
I always find it hilarious when some mainstream artist comments are supposedly important on a website. Man those are the most simple songs in the industry, made by money for money popularized with money. Luckily this website had some real deals, good stuff.
JUSTICE FOR PRIMALTAP >:(
:)
Lol, I've never understood that plugin at all. I still try it out from time to time, but I never seem to understand what's happening or why it's happening, or what the plugin even does. I guess I'm just too stupid to comprehend it, lol.
Your High Rising Terminal speech is really annoying, would the Decapitator sort that lol!!!!! Great description by the way despite the speech impediment!
Trent Reznor said great things about SoundToys. His approval is worth hundreds of those mentioned. Zed! KanyeWest! They actually put me off. They are the types to love Unison Drum Monkey and their MIDI pack con.
you are aware they were both music producers when neither of those kind of plugins even existed lmao
@@joeramos6033 wow. I am aware of the new fashion in music of not being able to play a fucking instrument. It's bad...modern music too.
@@jamisbillson4872 I don't even think trent reznor would agree with you on this, buddy
@@Statience The Beatles, Stones, Bowie, Hendrix, Abba, Led Zep, Beach Boys, Elvis, Bob Dylon. Pre-2000.
One Direction, Ed Sheeran, Drake, Coldplay, Little Mix, Adrianne Grande, Justin Beiber. Post 2000.
Has music evolved? Or devolved mate? The craft of songwriting has been eroded. Technology and machines that make working in any time signature than 4/4 often off putting. God knows who Trent Reznor would agree with. How is Harry Styles more famous than Trent Reznor? Do you not find that utterly perverted? When was the last anti authority chart song you know of? As for the lyrics of modern songs…”Talk to me on my Mobile phone I’m sitting here all alone”. How many songs use that rubbish? It’s all Baby I love you crap.
I was in a bookshop at Christmas a few years ago. Some girls were giggling over a One Direction Bumper Xmas Book. One girl said in a kind of awesome wonder…”You know Niall plays the guitar?”. As if playing an instrument in a music band is out of the ordinary. Music is so far underground now that finding real bands/musicians is not a fraction as easy as it was when I was a teenager. I found Tori Amos album “Little Earthquakes” because her picture on the album cover didn’t show a supermodel.
@@jamisbillson4872 Yes, there has been amazing music released before and after the year 2000. Cherry picking things you like and don't like from either era however is just biased. It's okay if you prefer rock and pop from the 60s and 70s, it's great fucking music, but if you misrepresent all modern music as bland pop bullshit you are doing yourself a major disservice.
In short, get a grip pal
I love Soundtoys too, but this video seems like an ad
I promise it's not! We just love these plugins and recommend them to all our students but feel most producers aren't using them to their full potential.
You sound just like sokka from Avatar
ok ok.....
Delay, Echo, Delay, Echo, Delay, Delay, Echo, Delay, Echo. They need to make compressors and EQs :(
🤔 Logic already does all this with ease, and more. I see no reason to buy Sound Toy.
if Soundtoys can be summed up by the word "analog", please explain why three of the seven plugins in this list are emulations of digital outboard signal processors, and (depending upon individual usage of Echoboy), that list could be expanded to four... last I checked, scoring 57-42% correct answers on a test is still considered failure, or barely passing at best. (and no, MicroShift is emulating the Eventide H3000, which is entirely digital, not analog or "analog flavor" - it is patently digital and digital sounding. and that's exactly why I love it.)
I sass, but I do love Soundtoys.
on an unrelated (?) note: please back up off the mic by several feet, watch your plosives and sibilants, you won't need to over-compress your voiceover chain. offering this 'protip' in all seriousness.
@seth Kolon If douchebag was a person
@@jw-fb1iq totally valid commentary, thank you for your insight and meaningful contribution to the community. 🗿
Regardless if they are technically digital or analog emulations, the point of us referring to them as providing analog flavor is more about how they feel in a general sense. They can add lots of warmth and character which typically is something the analog world is great at.
It sounds great. But, not analog.
Love Soundtoys, hate Ilok!
It's a necessary evil...
waste my time, bla
To each their own!
Soundtoys are a total garbage company with their absolute refusal to update their (almost) 20 yr old VGA resolution plugins for HD screens. The small, low resolution text is very difficult to read. Awful company. There's many other plugins out there that are better in every way: sound, features and resizable interfaces. You can do so much better than buy Soundtoys antique VGA crap.
so what plugin company do you suggest thats better sounding in the same price category?
@Blob B why do they need to release a plug in ?
