I had back surgery 3 years ago, L-4&5, S-1..I developed a DVT in my left leg, took blood thinners 6 months. My left leg is not the same. I have numbness in areas on both feet, partial numbness in the pelvic region and trouble controlling bodily functions, no sensations until I stand up, then not much control. I was also told the ball joints in both hips have collapsed. I can't walk without a walker due to pain, both back and hips. Also extreme knee pain at night when in bed. I'm not on any prescriptions. No insurance, 64 yrs old. 🙏

I’m a chiropractor and I have this surgery scheduled in 2 months. Digestion, sleep apnea (now treated) and very tight soleus are my issues. I will be working hard these next 4-6 weeks. If I see the shin discoloration and the fluid retention in my legs improve in that type, I will postpone my surgery.

I've had varicose vein surgeries 3 times now! I don't smoke, drink. I wear compression leggings/stockings daily. I'm active, never been overweight. No one in my family has issues with varicose veins like myself. I've heard it can be liver stagnation?? Going off my individual information, what should I do to prevent issues returning?

Thank you for this video! I'm starting to see spider veins on my right leg beginning after childbirth and starting a weight lifting routine. Any chance this can be caused by heavy lifting? The women on my mom's side have severe spider and varicose veins. We're all relatively active people.
