Eating a Raw Plant-Based diet revealed to me that our bodies need nutrient-dense foods, not processed empty calorie foods. When we put the right fuel into our bodies, like we do our cars 🚘, it'll run optimally.
May I ask what you eat or any advice? I would love to slowly transition
I can do slow transitions but ehhh
I've been plant based for 5 years and the biggest mistake I see people make is they eat tons of carb heavy foods like oats, pastas, breads, sweets instead of tempeh, chickpeas, edamame, black beans, beans of all types, quinoa, hemp seeds etc. They never eat those. Then you got all the greens to include, all the fruits instead of sweets, all the veggies like peppers, onions, potatoes, squash especially. They don't eat any of those it's always just Beyond Meat. lol Not trying to judge but regardless of diet our world has a serious issue with understand what is real food.
@@Sav3_Y0urself I eat a high raw Plant-Based diet; 80% of my diet consists of raw(uncooked) vegetables and fruits, along with incorporating fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies. The other 20% of my diet consists of cooked vegetables, cooked grains(quinoa), cooked legumes (chickpeas & lentils), roasted seaweed, nuts and seeds.
My recommendation while you are transitioning would be to keep in mind that any transition takes time. Much of your journey is going to be about trial and error; finding out what works for you and what doesn't. So, give yourself grace as you find what works for you.
Also! Remember that Plant-Based foods are LOWER in calories and RICH in nutrients, so larger volumes of foods are needed to sustain your energy throughout the day. You should not feel restricted or limited, EAT UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED!

I know it was a small piece to the big message but I feel you on that ‘wasted years’ statement bro. I think a lot of us at some point struggle with the feeling of not living up to our true potential over a long stretch of time and it being nobody’s fault but our own. And when we wake up one day and break out of that, looking back on it it can feel like the years were wasted. We on Gods timing though, he got us and I know you know that. The first step is that awakening and realization. Next is finding, then living and serving your purpose whatever that may be, which is our duty to the faith.

I don’t know about you, but for those who moved a lot as children, it seems to repeat itself as we grow up, and we don’t really have a strong attachment to any one place. I don’t know, but it feels so good to move lol.
I’m from Germany (but I’m Congolese), and I moved three times. Then I came to Switzerland and moved again three times until I was 9 years old. Now, I’m excited to leave here and explore other countries, to experience life somewhere else.

I'm n the process of moving right now but I haven't moved that much but Im tryna move some where far to where ppl either gotta drive far to visit or a lil close to my fam because I'm by myself and if anything happens to me they'll b able to get to me faster

Most people equate money to FREEDOM, and when asked to define what freedom means to them, on the basic level, folks really just want to make moves on their own terms (do what they want). Money is a tool within our human existence, but the REAL POWER exists within our faith & our choices/actions💯 (James 2:26)
I agree, money/riches is not equivalent to freedom, happiness and peace. It's a necessity to maintain our manner of living. But we should not chase it (Proverbs 10:4). True freedom, joy, and peace is a gift from GOD. It is something we can only receive from GOD in its fullest and purest form. We will never reach our full potential without HIM. As Christians our main mission is to spread the gospel of JESUS CHRIST. Which he does through his channels. But If he feels led by the HOLY SPIRIT to travel the world, he might consider making some of his travels a mission trip. It's another way to experience different parts of the world and network with other believers. Which can lead to other opportunities in different parts of the world. Like his career in Basketball. It could be the foundation needed to accomplish the work GOD has placed on his heart to do, in JESUS NAME. It could even possibly lead him to his wife. Someone who shares his passion for GOD, the desired lifestyle GOD has given to him through the gospel message of health, diet and exercise, while continuing to build the KINGDOM OF GOD. ❤

Phil you should do a basketball camp…even if it’s a 1 or 2 day camp…I have a 13 year old boy he’s a basketball player and skateboard like you but if you ever do basketball camps here in Florida we will be there…you’re very motivating and inspiring…we’re in Orlando but we travel all over Florida. Also thank you for the tips on how you do your clothes being so tall cause he’s already 5’8 and super slim so thank you.
