GWG-B1000 may have a better design and some features but it is much smaller and I don't like that, such a watch should and must look robust and big like its older brothers GWG 1000 and the GWG 2000...I think with the GWG-B1000 G-SHOCK lost credibility because of that, at least for me...I wear the GWG-2000 all the time, while the GWG-B1000EC-1ER is in the box...pay attention to the size: GWG-1000=L, GWG-2000=M, GWG-B1000=S

Sorry you preferred bigger. I have a small wrist and this is starting to look reasonable for me, the older/bigger ones being unwearable monsters… I mean, it still looks big and very robust (and obviously it is). Maybe look at it for what it is, without comparing?
