Could you come up with a DIY protocol for protein purification from E. Coli? It'd be really cool to see (e.g. GFP) without expensive His-TRAP columns etc

Adgene or borrow some from a lab. You can also order plasmids to be printed now but I think it's a couple hundred dollars
