Thanks to the immense conservation efforts from India, Nepal and Russia. Unfortunately, tiger number is still dereasing in Bangladesh, China, Malaysia and other parts of Asia.

Yes. Also, the population needs to be stable.
It should not overpopulated beyond the carrying capacity of the reserve.
However, in case of an overpopulation, the rangers can make the population to be smaller through translocation.
This will ensure that the space is saved and also the spread out of the predators in different areas so as not to concentrate in one area.
