Just tried this deck out and it feels fantastic. Taking out 130hp targets with Greninja 20 tick and Marshadow + Giovanni for 110 is extremely gratifying lol
I've been using this deck for a long time, I've beaten all the top tier decks , people concede instantly, it is really brutal. This is the best deck to ever exist man 👌🏻. I was only running fighting energy with this deck too 😂😂 Ninja was chilling at the bench while the fighters were throwing hands 🐐
I played this deck a lot, really the coolest in this expansion. Honestly, the dual energy is only really useful for rare match up, Blaine for example, the mono fight is much better in my opinion!
Do you find you never need to attack with gren? I can imagine that by that many turns into the game you have enough else going on you might not need it, but i thought you might get stuck with a gren that can't attack
Been using this deck for the past two days instead with potions. I had so many games that once players see I have hitmolee first with Marshadow and Froakie. They quit out. Great counter ex deck. Thank you. Got me like 30 wins in the last two days
The deck is pre-shuffled before every match, and Poke-ball shuffles the deck after using it. So Tilly is relying on drawing deeper into the starting shuffle to get what he needs. As opposed to using Pokeball and potentially sending what he wants further away.
Holding on to the Pokeball instead of using it right away lets him draw an additional card the following turn, which could potentially be a basic pokemon. If it's Hitmonlee then he's all good. If it's a different basic pokemon, then he just removed that pokemon from the pool of pokemon his Pokeball would have selected from, improving his chances of getting Hitmonlee he's looking for.
I've been using this deck in tournaments almost two weeks ago. With the right hand, and tempo, you can win against any deck. This is my go-to deck for non-EX format. Edit: I ran dual energy. The reason why this is my go-to deck for non-EX is because I am comfortable playing this one, instead of Blaine and others. I also use this for Standard Format, killing Magikarp with Hitmonlee is so satisfying. Hahahaha.
At 18:00 I think it would have made more sense to have him bring out Raltz to ping the Hitmonlee for 30 HP and kill it to bait out the Marshadow or a possible Greninja. Then you’d be able to keep your 100HP Mewtwo for your own crack back on the following turn. It seems like he just wasted adding an energy to Garde and sacrificed his Mewtwo unnecessarily
yeah that guy very much doesn't understand how his deck works, probably just copied the first mewtwo deck he could find and threw cards around until something worked
There were a french player that had a very similar deck, but instead of 2 farfetch’d, put a mew ex for mewtwos, charizards and gyarados ex kynda (2 greninja a habilities and the mew an the gyarados is gone). But regardless of what I said, I kinda like more your deck because of consistency and defeating opponents without ex pokemon
We gotta have the games Tilly won in the video cuz he's trying to teach how the deck does win, it wouldn't make much sense to show the games where I won
Trust me there's time in recording these videos where misty or celebi get crazy amounts of heads or really really bad hands come up speaking from experience and those games don't really teach anything which is the point of the video so there's not really a point in showing them
It would make more sense to go single energy if he was building a larger, more expensive attacker. But in this deck, the Greninja pressure is really important as a 2nd threat alongside Marshadow
The more I've played Marshadow decks against Pikachu EX, the less simple the matchup becomes. Yes, Marshadow forces them to not use Pikachu EX in general, but they can often put a gameplan together with Zapdos EX, Zebstrika, Electabuzz, or basically anything else. Not to mention, they can still use Pikachu EX to take their final point. Good Pikachu EX players with good decklists can make life very tough for a deck like this; Marshadow is not a free win condition.

Another TillyTCG all-time Classic! Great video man, this deck looks like a blast and I cant wait to try it out!
Absolutely love this video and style the very deliberate match up into match up break down would love to see more of this in the future

I think only fighting is perfectly fine, I run dual for jank on ladder lmao
Amazing video man, I’ve been enjoying this deck feels high in skill and fun to play

Hey Tilly love your vids, love the no 2 prizes deck content

4:30 how does it improve top deck outs?

@@kylec8015 that makes sense, thanks

Greninja and fighting toolbox plus giovanni are the coolest cards to play right now. It’s the most fun you can have in the game imo

I've never had any luck with two energy decks.
I run this exact deck except i run only 1 marshadow and 1 new tauros and leaf instead of sabrina it works really well
Fun video! Would love to see more competitive variety in opponents. 22 minutes of Undead getting swept 😢
Oh don’t worry he got his wins in during the session lmao, it was a brutal recording session of both our decks not working properly

@@UndeadP6Ke We gotta go to your vid for the full picture! I see you.

Just dog walked a celebi deck with this 🤝
As much as I love the goofy off meta decks, it’s really hard to not wanna drop everything I’m doing to run Farfetch’d at any opportunity😂
I want to be ninja
Thanks for the shoutout bro
Is it really better to use dual energy? When do you want the water energy for Greninja anyway?

Nice vid brother
Omg.. we are same deck hahahhaa
You think it’s okay to run only fighting energy?
I think so. I just enjoy having the greninja as another attacker, if you run fighting only definitely go up to 2 hitmonlee
anyone playing dbl energy with this deck is trolling. talk to the ppl who made it and play it top cut in tourneys with it.
