    9:53 - 10:00. How did you determine those coefficient numbers for "S"?

      Lots of tests. I found that these numbers we giving the best results to reduce the visibility of the poles

      I press G twice. The vertex is contrained to follow the direction of the edge

    Great tutorial, love watching how easy you make it look!
    Weird thing about your voice, it sounds as if you are using compression but it isn't kicking in fast enough so you are real loud for a split second each time you speak. 🤣

      Alternatively, the helmet being modeled is a MICH2000 (I know the title says PASGT, but those are similar and have a little visor lip at the front). Some google-fu later, and the store for "Protection Group Denmark" has front/side/rear pictures that can be saved/used as reference. Their chin strap is a bit different, but for the helmet itself, it should be almost if not completely the same.

      With a solidify modifier, you can click on "even thickness"

      Press 1 for vertex, 2 for edges, 3 for faces (not on the numpad)
