Nah, its more of a defense mechanism. This was how I was as a kid when I knew I did something wrong but would become extremely defensive and just lie about it LMAO. but i was a literal child when I was like that, Caroline here is 20 years old.

I had a miscarriage a few days after she made her “gotcha” video. The fact that she calls this art is disgusting and that has literally no remorse for her actions really shows what kind of person she is. Having a miscarriage is deeply painful, I praid for the first time in over 10 years when I started spotting and yet I still lost my baby. Despite no longer being religious for personal reasons, I tried everything to keep my baby but unfortunately I lost it. To make matters worse you then have physical pain and everyone feels the need to provide their two cents when all I wanted was just be asked if I was okay. Thankfully my partner, my family and my in laws were there for me but it doesn’t mend the hole in my heart. I keep telling myself that this doesn’t mean I won’t be a mum in the future it just I’m not one right now but it still hurts. The fact that someone can make a mockery out of someone’s pain like that, a woman especially who could even experience the same thing one day is horrific. I do hope she eventually understands that what she did is wrong. I like to believe most people are good but it’s hard to do when you can see the lack of compassion so blatantly.
Edit: the reason why I explained praying is to show how traumatizing it is to lose a baby. If you feel the need to share your two cents understand that is the opposite of compassion. I’m not religious, but I will never condone pushing any form of a belief system on others including atheism.

It was emotionally devastating as somebody who’s had one to be following her journey and having hope for her- that’s an exhausting process if you’ve been through child loss. I used to be a fan of Caroline's content. She was edgy, and I thought that her pushing the boundaries was funny. But many UA-camrs and comics who make edgy content prove time and time again that they don't know where the line is, and eventually, they say or do something so insensitive to others that they demonstrate their lack of life experiences and empathy for the human experience. I believe in personal growth and having the room to learn from your mistakes, so hopefully, Caroline is able to recognize where she's gone wrong and why the backlash was so severe. But until then, I can't really consider myself a fan of her content anymore.

Lets say person A is cheating on B. Person A could say "I'm not feeling fulfilled by this relationship" and while that may be true, it is still a lie by omission.
This is like… actually deeply fucked up. I’ve never gone through the horrible tragedy of miscarriage but one of my friends has. Seven times. The most recent one was devastating; she was far enough along that there was something to bury. She invited me to the little service they had for the babies they lost, and it was just absolutely gut-wrenchingly heartbreaking. That someone would be so callous as to mock this horrific experience with a stunt like this one leaves me too livid to continue.
This is the perfect example of a psychopath who had a family who wasn't rigid enough with her, wasn't taught what empathy is and how to at least act like it, and shows what some of the worst can be like. I would not want to be near this person at all. I'd rather be clinging onto any of my exes' arms than be within a mile of this lady. She's lacking the elements to make her human, and it could go very south, very quickly.

I'm infertile, I lost most of my reproductive system to tumors long ago. A close friend of mine has had a MC, and another had a stillbirth at full term. It's been years, and both of these kind, beautiful women are still hurting from it, especially my friend who had the stillbirth. I myself was on the fence about kids anyway, but I still mourn that I will never have the ability. That choice was taken away from me.

My mom had around 6 misscarriages due tooher being too weak to maintain a baby in her uterus after a bad case of toxoplasmosis when she was pregnant with her second child who died just hours after being born. I was sort of her miracle baby after 11 years of trying and suffering every single time she lost a baby so for this woman to say “hehe this was just a joke, don’t take it that serious” is an insult honestly. These are the kind of people who should be deplatformed since she has no business making content.

One of the most important things I learned from art school was how critique and audience responses work. If you make a work of art (or a shitty, manipulative video), and nearly everyone finds an issue with it, that’s not a “misinterpretation” of your work. Those reactions are valid and real. As someone that can’t have kids and medically had to have a hysterectomy at 19 when I’ve wanted to have a baby my entire life it’s a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone, not even her. She’s lucky to not genuinely know what it feels like and nobody would laugh if it did happen to her because it’s not funny.
Basic human empathy and parasocial relationships are extremely different.

What's making it worse is her claiming this whole situation was her big masterplan from the very begging. She simply could not have made her fake pregnancy video to be more obviously a comedic sketch, cause otherwise it would have ruined the effect of her supposed "punchline". It was well known she was lesbian, so when one day she said "guys, I'm pregnant, don't ask how", everyone was shocked(obviously, suspecting SA). She made some videos about it, like the one where she was announcing it to her mom and her mom's reaction was basically angrily said "don't bother me, get out, I'm busy", so some people felt really sorry for her. And then, she was like " yikes, I was joking and you are naive". She faced the same backlash and chose the SAME "social experiment" defence. That's how this defense became popular in Poland(even tho it didn't even work?), therefore, becoming a meme.

If she knew the pain of having to give birth to a child that is no longer alive. The pain of knowing that you have a child inside of you that you know does not have a future. I would never wish that pain for anyone.
This is the one that got me... Yeah, I had my mother with me, when I went in via ambo for suspect miscarry (was not offered a pad, forced to wait in ER room for hours, running to the bathroom - so add this further traumatising the already scared and frightened me. Just so I didn't bleed everywhere..." Mum finally get's their, get called in for ultra- sound, and never forget those words... "Im sorry, your cervix is completely opened, and baby is gone"... My mother burst out crying, saying how sorry she was, the tech then leaves the room to give us some time.... I was numb asf at this point... out of all the comments, this is the one that hit me... Bleeding for month's, after losing is not pretty and when those hormones start dropping, after rising rapidly - you have 0 idea how or what to feel... I actually stopped getting blood test's to monitor pregnancy hormones going down, incase of "it did not evacuate fully...", then id have to have the scrape, or septic shock will happen... I did not care at this point, with so much other stuff going on... I just wanted to die...One day you have it, the next - gone forever, and all the dream's planned, life planned - upside down in a matter of just hours... You don't just get over it, it's something that sticks with you for life, as you lost literally a part of you at the same time... And boil, do you know it, with it all coming out as nature disposes of what remains, etc after the initial miscarriage. Months of it, aint pretty. Do not recommend... Especially - as a single soon to be new mother, to which - never became... Near 3 Years actually in, August or September? I lost last one...

That lands her closer to "psychopath" than "sociopath". It's a blurry line but typically a psychopath can fake emotions and empathy in order to function in society, they just don't actually have those feelings. A sociopath, however, have said feelings and emotions but can't control them.

Psychopaths tend to be more self aware of what they’re doing and take advantage of it the fullest, she doesn’t seem that calculated or skilled in keeping her thoughts/emotions in check. The modern trend of needing to diagnose anyone you dislike with a mental disorder is pretty messed up. She could just be considered immature, pretentious, arrogant etc. Instead though people want to say the cause must be a mental problem, as if to say she is inherently wired to misbehave and can't be a normal person, she must have a serious, deep-seated problem. I think it's better to see her as a person who made a mistake with an attitude you don't like. No need to devalue such disorders by throwing them around as labels to explain anyone who seems annoying. It will just lead to people not understanding the reality of these disorders and stigmatising/hurting the people who have a genuine diagnosis but have been able to overcome it and be great people. These mental problems aren't star signs, it requires a lot of detailed and complex knowledge of both psychology and the person you are trying to diagnose to really have any ability to say they have an issue. Unless you're a professional, I'd avoid talking about such things so freely. Sorry to go off and rant so hard, I just see posts everywhere that are convinced someone has a mental disorder the second they do something that upsets people.
