I'm the developer of the game. It's an honor to have such a well researched and edited video documenting everything. I can attest that all the info is accurate. I am actually still doing game development, but it will be a few years before my next game is released due to having a job now and it being a really large project. My next game will be called Dungeon Dame and although it's mainly a platformer, there's an overworld which is very similar to world's hardest game, but with a bunch of differences and new features. So the WHG series will not officially be continued any further but Dungeon Dame's overworld will be very similar (and hopefully better).
    Thanks for watching guys.

Thank you for introducing me in such a wonderful video.
I don't understand English so I still only understand a small part of the video, but I am happy to know the progress of the records from the time I was playing to now.
I would enjoy this video so much more if I understood English.
At the time, I thought that I was the only one who would challenge the speedrun in this game and that no one would ever beat my record, but now there are many players and I am impressed when I see them beat my record.

Huge respect to Shiroma and Pzula for their contributions to this speedrun’s evolution!
(Based on the video at least) It seemed like Pzula was the only hope for toppling Shiroma’s record, not only in finding ways to optimize practicing (which is useful to the rest of the community), but to show others that it was indeed possible, which I think probably got more people to go for the record. He wasn’t trading records back and forth with others, he was just continually grinding his PB down until he got it. I don’t know exactly how to phrase it, but that kind of ‘trudging through it alone whilst making discoveries that will later benefit the community’ thing is very commendable
And holy shit, respect to Shiroma for being a decade ahead of everyone else despite not even being able to practice individual levels. That’s fucking insane and it goes to show just how incredible of a player he is. I can only imagine what he could’ve pulled off nowadays with the tools at everyone’s disposal.
I think we can all agree (as either viewers or players) that Shiroma is *the* chad of The World’s Hardest Game and laid the groundwork for any subsequent runners. And I feel like through Pzula’s dedication to match Shiroma, he made it seem more accessible/realistic for new runners to go for the record. I wonder how much longer it would’ve been before the record got beat if Pzula hadn’t decided slowly climb his way there alone
    Great video!

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. And it's not going like "as expected", but actually going insane with every chapter and each chapter was unique as a whole and feels like a finished piece of art, but then the picture gets wider and wider, making an old scratch of a game to a complete masterpiece of the storytelling, once again proved that reality is the best storyteller. It's not just the game in the first place, but the history of beating it. Isn't it the real definition of any masterpiece? Being once again perfected to a whole 'nother level each time record is beaten is such a great thing to see and hear nowadays. Did you enjoys as much as i did? It's like a neverending story of becoming better and better, which could be a core plot similar to gaining power in munchkin, influence in romance taking place in kingdoms and even managing to survive some deadly hopeless environments. It requires mc to do something incredible, which are core plot for any incredible story after all
