Dim and progesterone cream. 500 mg magnesium as well as sea salt./electrolytes.
For me, the migraine comes on as soon as my cycle has finished.
So helpful. Everything you have suggested makes sense and has worked wonders! Thanks so much for a great informative clip.
Thank you so much for this video! I love the way you explained the info, I actually understood it.
This is by far the ONLY video that’s been so sooooo helpful! Everything u mentioned I experienced this week! Thank you for your knowledge ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are an 😇 angel. Heaven sent. I was crying while scrolling for videos to help me with my menstrual migraine. Thank you so so much. God bless you more so that more lives will be blessed because of you.😇😇😇🥰🥰🥰
Great video I will be trying all of these! I have been suffering for two days and the pain killers don’t even work!
This is very helpful.
Thank you for great content.
👍💚
Thank you so much, I really benefited from this video. I've been suffering for over 10 years every year it's getting worse. I will try some of the techniques you have mentioned. Thank you again x
What's helped me most is taking magnesium at night and vitamin B and vitamin D in the morning. I also like to regularly add turmeric and ginger to my meals. I also limit my screen time at night
Yes chelated magnesium is great for headaches and insomnia and general as well period headaches as it relaxes the nervous system and your muscles
Do you take B and D together or one and then the other? If so, which do you take first??
Wow, you are awesome! This was the best video I found about it…thank you! I have had PCOS since I was young. I couldn’t believe when you said the reason people feel better when they throw up when having a migraine is because it gives you seratonin…wow! I used to get major migraine’s and the only thing that would help would be to throw up. No doctor has ever told me that so that blew my mind. The migraines actually stopped when I got pregnant when I was 36 and I haven’t had them since for some reason. But…I get horrible headaches usually a couple of days before my period. I just had to go home from work because it’s so bad but this time it’s different. I just turned 48 and I had headaches Friday, then Sat morning started my period and it was heavy all day. Today, no period at all and massive headaches! I wondered if I’m about to have the woman life change. When I was young my periods were always off but after having my son they are always on and last 3-4 days so this is odd. Any advice would be so appreciated, thank you
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing
Fully recommend working with Ebony. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. :) x
Oh Alice I have just seen this! Thank you so much that is so kind of you! Looking forward to our follow up :D xx
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the video! I'm already trying many of the things you mentioned. I have been suffering for years and it sometimes feels like a hit and miss 😢
chelated magnesium is great for headaches and insomnia and general as well as period headaches. This combined with cbd will work wonders. Iron and primrose oil supplements for cramps. Black seed oil Ginger and tumeric for inflammation and to start your period if it’s delayed. Hot shower, Light massage and exercise Limited screen time too for general pms. Trust me everyone I’ve had PMS baaaddd :-) xxx take these atleast week beforehand too xxx
Great video! Sooo informative! Thanks a lot!!!
Thank you! So glad you liked it :) x
G8 to know it’s common for other women over the vomiting
I find dairy gives me migraines
What time of day should one take the 5htp?
At what point of my cycle do i Add phytoestrogens to my diet?
Thank you 😊
Mine tend to occur to the end vs start of my period. From the way you are speaking, sounds like most people experience headaches before periods.
Will these remedies still work?
Having tried every natural remedy out there and done all kinds of protocols, the only thing that helped was small doses of estradiol. It was safe for me because I'd had a hysterectomy.
Thanks so much 😘i also get swollen on my face during periods. Any advice?💚💙
Me too
I would defo try jade rolling or using a gua sha in the morning to support your lymphatic drainage. We tend to hold a lot more fluid retention around our periods and this can be really effective :) xx
Water retention forced me to exercise. U feel lighter within 18minutes of running on the treadmill. Also if ive been consistent with gym before my period.. the water retention and all related pms symptoms are a lot lighter and more manageable. Exercise is medicine indeed.
Hello, I'm sorry , I can't understand what levels? At 11:28 minutes. Thank you so much!
Blood sugar levels
❤
I have done everything you say for years and I still get them every month it’s awful
There are several types of Magnesium, which do you recommend? :)
Magnesium glycinate xx
As a mineral analysis practitioner I’d not recommend any isolated magnesium. Drink oatstraw and nettle infusions they’re super high in a lot of trace minerals and more balanced and usable for the body. Also magnesium lowers sodium and nettle is high in mag low in sodium and so do t be afraid of Himalayan salt in your water. Also oatstraw is high in sodium and magnesium
Anyone experience neck pain before there cycle comes?
Im confused now. According to ryan taylor menstrual migraines are caused by high estrogen, But this video says it is caused by low estrogen. So which is which?
During menses is typically when estrogen is higher, I believe, while during ovulation, estrogen has typically dipped.
I get killer mirgaines and i throw up everytime. The throwing up never makes my migraine feel better. I have gone to the emergency room multiple times to get a mix of medication to help me. I take tumeric, i eat and iron rich diet. I exercise when my head isnt killing me. I get a massage right before my period and nothin is helping. Im off sugar and processed food. Everything you say makes sense but its not working for me.
I highly recommend seeing a naturopathic practitioner so they can help you figure out what your root cause is 100% x
Stay hydrated that may work
While having migranes try to distract your mind do what u like
I get migraines after period actually what should I do
So does my daughter. That’s why I’m here.
Sometimes I get bad migraines after my periods. It it still similar? I've noticed since I've had the COVID vaccines my migraines have become alot worse and heavier periods.
I’ve heard end of period headaches are low iron. But be sure to use foods not a supplement 😬
@@strawberryme08 hmmm I eat quite a lot of iron rich foods. My migraines are a mix. Can be a week before, during or the week after. It's a lucky dip when 😂. Thanks for the advice though.
@@natlou1989did you get AZ? That one in particular has had issues with blood flow leading to migraines.
The Covid products have been causing micro clotting and inflammation. Follow FLCCC protocols and Dr Peter McCullough to help clear the spike protein.
It is still a while before your estrogen comes up to normal levels x
I cant find anything called esjan
Estrogen
Epson salt .
