• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to `Mikes Positively technical world` whose You tube channel handle is @mikesptworld. The "Prize" refers to a Worx WG855E.9 40V cordless brushless scarifier & aerator (Bare unit only).
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• All entries must be received by midnight on 28th February 2024.
• Participants must be a resident of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and have a postal address in Mainland UK for the prize to be sent to.
• One (1) winner from the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on 1st March 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• UA-cam is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected entrant who has fulfilled the criteria, terms and conditions. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage of the product in transit or failure by the courier outside of the promoter.

Haha, very good spot! I put the comma in the T's & C's but not in the top, very good observation, I did consider leaving out the comma for ease of entry but my personal view was it should have a comma! I think in one of the 30+ takes I made of this video I made a point about it but didn't want to complicate a simple competition, some are going to add the quotes others are not but as long as you comment 'Mike I want to win this', in some way or form then you are in! I hope the random generator I use isn't biased towards spelling and punctuation :-D (it's not don't worry!)
