Las Vegas is notorious for so-called low cost breakfast buffets. My friend's son was asked if he wanted a glass of orange juice with the meal. He ordered the glass and had a shock with a $16 bill for a glass of orange juice not included in the buffet price.
Tim, it was great that you took us to Tokyo to taste their 5 star hotel buffet. Every dish seemed so delicious. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. Where are you bringing us in your next video? I am looking forward to it.
Thanks for taking us along Tim. Everything looked delicious (squid and cheese not so much) always look forward to your videos. Until the next time 👋 for now.
You got it Tim, that famous intersection is at Shibuya station and it's called "the Scramble". No question why ;) Several thousand people can cross it during a single light change!
The one buffet I was surprised at was a hotel in Milan. We had just checked in and were hungry. We noticed a buffet in the hotel restaurant. We grabbed a plate that was rather large but we did not think much of it. We ate and then were charged for two buffets each. It was explained the buffet price was for one trip only. The delicious lunch with two trips cost up roughly $85 each.
Thank you so much for your kind comment and just having a lot of fun on this channel. Really grateful and humble to you get to experience and share these places 😃
Thanks for the short tour and nice buffet. I don't like to eat under stress since I like to enjoy & chew my food thoroughly. 2 hours seems unreasonable when there are lines everywhere. Thanks, Tim. I always enjoy all your adventures.
With your humble manner, I am sure you didn't rebuff by saying, “Do you know who I am,” as Reese Witherspoon did a few years ago to the cop on the highway?

Food and travel channels of my are my favorites. Tim, you are the only food channel I watch, because you eat with great etiquette and manners. It's sad & difficult for the observer to watch other vloggers gulp and shovel their food in at great buffet restaurants. It can be a real turn off. Thank you for the video! I love watching you and enjoy your positive attitude. I recently learned about baumkuchen so I'm happy to share that is in fact a German treat.
I love your “matrix of desserts! “ This meal was extraordinary. Everything looked perfectly cooked and mouthwatering. Seems Japan is a country rife with long lines! Great video. 👍🏻🌹👍🏻
Lol, there is a bit of a wait everywhere. Really respectful though and lots of good food throughout. Thank you so much and all the best to you and yours.😀
To be honest, I was getting a little bit concerned about the buffets in Japan until I came here. Very reasonably priced and I believe they normally have crab and other seafoods as well, just not on the day I was filming. Agreed, 2 hours is plenty of time.. though it was a bit of a challenge to film and eat within the two hours. Not too bad, but just had to be very mindful of the time and avoid the lineups 😉
I love the plates at the Yakitori place and the food looked yum as well. In the buffet I don't think I could have passed the beautiful breads Everything looked amazing in the buffet ...even the walls.. oh! man had to come back in those deserts look amazing i'd go there just to have a go at all those deserts for 2 hours 😁
It was quite an outstanding Buffet reminiscent of the Vegas establishments... Always working against the clock though so should have hit up the dessert early as well 😉

Thanks Tim for providing your expertise on foods in restaurants across the world spectrum. Japan is my favourite destination for sightseeing and most importantly for the shopping and dining experience. Now that the COVID restrictions are no longer enforced, it’ll be great to go on shopping expeditions in Tokyo and Osaka in December 2023. If the Tokyo Arts and Crafts Show is scheduled in 2023, that will be a wonderful shopping experience for Christmas gifts. I’ll pick up a pair of VESSI sneakers prior to the trip.
