My Shyness

This is the first video for this channel. My purpose of starting a UA-cam channel is to overcome and understand my shyness and also serve as a platform for me to talk about my experiences with it. I am hoping I can develop my communication skills and help others overcome their own shyness, social anxiety, low self-esteem,etc. along the way.
