    Please present:
    A. Pad foundation design below new columns including the load coming from the existing walls.
    B. Padstone design and masonry check below the new point load.
    C. Proof that existing foundation can take the new loading coming from point load (B.)

    It would be great to see a video on you process for modelling and analysing a simple 3d frame like that in Robot - I mainly use Tekla SD and don't find it the best for smaller jobs like this!

    Hi Dazz, I really like your videos. If the existing footing is on piles then why didn't you opt for a box frame assuming the ground level is not the problem. This would have been much cheaper as opposed to breaking the existing ground beam and adding 2 no of new piles and the repair works involved.

      Because there was an issue with levels within the house and also supporting the suspended ground floor. I did propose a box frame to begin with.
