    First time I see this channel. In early April my A1C was 6.5 now diabetes range. Well, heck no it is now 6.1 in just a short time . Thank goodness. I don’t eat bread and very very low carbs and no sugars only in fruits. I lost 8 pounds so far. I have found that eating protein foods keeps me full longer.

    Hello Dr. Kim Foster, I'm so glad that I found you on utube. I have emotional eating problems, among other problems I am going through. I'm still going through grief of several losses last year. My goal is 137. I now weigh 173.8. It goes up and down. I'm learning more about eating right by your videos. ❤❤

    Very informative. Thank you. While I eat at least 5 of these foods I find to much fiber gives me a stomach ach. Being diagnosed with IBS I have to pick and choose daily. Like i cannot eat 1/2 avocado and 1/3 cup blueberries on the same day. Skipping greens on other days and some days having no fiber at all keeps stomach at bay. This has been a life long challenge. Any advice would help.

    I am currently eating a low carb high protein diet to get healthy and lose the extra pounds. I don’t like eggs but egg white powder is a good protein that goes in my morning protein drink. Loved this video and keep the. Coming!

    I have been doing all of this and cant loss weight i only need to lose 15 or 20 pounds and i have been dieting for many years the weight wont come off no matter what i do

    I lost 63 lbs. in my 60’s by eating a mostly whole foods plant based diet/Mediterranean diet. I will allow myself a little chicken or fish a couple of times a week. The same with eggs & milk. I do not eat any cheese and very little oil.
    I am addicted to decaf iced green tea with lemon.

      @annebethany9994. Sounds like you've had a rough time, but i hope the chemo worked. Do you have an Aldi near you? They have packs of milled flaxseed & nuts in the health food section with the dried fruit & nuts. Brand name The foodie market. Not sure if Lidl has anything similar, but maybe Tesco or Sainsburys. I'm in Ireland and our Aldi has a selection of milled seeds. Hope you can get them. ☘️🙏

      Why do you need her opinion ? You can find photos of those farms, the fish full of rumors, swimming over crowded in their own waste, eating crap. Do you want to eat that ?

    Chia seeds are actually fattening because they contain lectins, substitute basil seeds for basil chia!!

    When recommending salmon please add to buy wild salmon farm raised salmon is not recommended. Please educate on the terrible not to buy farm raised. Thank You

    You can't just give the foods to lose weight? Seriously?? I'm fit lean 52 yes good foods but you are misleading people for subscribers 😉. Get to how everyone is different in incorporating this in their lifestyle. I'm so sick of these videos that are basically here's the food people
