Did this on my lunch break and it was really good! I used 10, 15 and 20 lb dumbbells! Because of a hip flexor injury, I had to leave the lunges out and substituted with something else! Thanks you two…❤❤
I love your workouts. They are challenging but not so hard that I end up out of breath and unable to finish. Love what you do. I discovered you after my second child and now that I’m on my third and final child and older it’s taken a lot more work and time to get back where I want to be and I see you and I’m so inspired.
Whew! What a workout! I'm always amazed at how an extra 10s feels so much longer lol. Loved all of the moves in this one and didn't even mind the repeat. Lots of sweat and feel great! 😍
I wasn’t feeling like working out today and I’m so glad I did 😅😅😅 I feel so awake and that was an awesome Monday!!! I did love the pile pivot with the ab rotation. That was my favorite move of the day ❤

I LOVED this format! KURT was putting that HIRT on those planks and the traveling mountain climbers. WHEW! That was a TOUGH one and I did good. I would LOVE to do more of this format! Thank-u AMY and KURT. U both are AMAZING!😅😊

Not sure if I love the going UP in time, that was tough! Really loved the plie and twist move, I could feel that in my abs. The older I get, (I will be 57 this year!) And with the work outs getting harder, I've been really having to push myself, having to modify alot for plank positions because of my bad wrists. I keep asking myself how old to I have to be until I can retire from working out? So far I don't see that in sight.
Might I add to the skin check suggestion for those young enough to avoid the future effects: do not sunbathe or go to tanning booths. A tan is not “a healthy glow!” Thanks for the tough workout.
HIRT with Kurt! This was a great workout format. I loved increasing the time from 40 to 50 seconds in each circuit. Definitely feeling it!

Great format - love the focus on strength, longer sets and that my heart rate got up without a "regular" cardio move
