Please go ahead and get that video up about these fees. I'm in Texas and man, I've failed the Exam twice already, I'm getting very discouraged, if I fail again, it's another 60hrs of education.
I took my exam 6 times! Here's a trick - read the question backward then answer the question! Don't give up! Keep going! I knew the information.. I only keep taking the exam because I was getting mad I knew the information 😂😂😂😂😂 DON'T GIVE UP! TAKE IT AGAIN AND DONT LET TO MUCH TIME PAST! YOU WILL PAST THE NEXT EXAM!GOD BLESS! 🎁🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽

I passed my exam last week and interviewed with 4 brokers. I’m so torn on choosing between 2 different brokers. 1st is a boutique brokerage offering 90% commission, with no startup fee, no monthly fees or additional fees at all except for E&O for each transaction. The 2nd one is Weichert and they offer 64% commission plus a start up fee, monthly fee, and additional fees for each transaction.
I wouldn't pay too much attention to the fees because basically you get what you pay for. Most top agents pay fees. See which brokerage is going to provide you more value. You're not stuck with them forever and fees can always be renegotiated in the future once you prove you're worth in closed sales.
In your opinion: is it worth being a buyers agent based on the new real estate law….buyer pays agent’s commission?
Go for listings. Listings always provide leverage.
Can I ask what is the average salary for a first time real estate agent in nyc ?
