Well, every brokerage has their pro's and con's when it comes to new agent trainings. I can say REAL does have a robust education center with step-by-step guidance for new agents including line-by-line of how to deliver a listing presentation. There's about 30+ classes a week that you can attend, guided onboarding, direct access to brokers, a community available 24/7, and specific tracks for getting started as a new agent. Also, it's very very organized compared to some brokerages.
I didn't know Real had no monthly fees.
So just for clarification. There are no monthly fees for any Real Brokerage.
