- After signing our first smma client at the agency as complete beginners, here is my 1 month update. Ill break down what happened during our first 30 days of signing our first client, all the mistakes we made and the things we did to make our client profits in the first month and fulfill on our guarantee. Our agency offers lead gen for local businesses and we also offer booking the appointments in our clients calendar. As beginner smma agency owners it was hard to do service delivery on our own without hiring contractors, but we also used gohighlevel to help us manage the leads coming from the facebook ads.

With the cost per lead, you should expect it to start off in the 1$, 2$ range then as the month goes on to peak around 5$.

You can find these in physical form and audiobook pretty quickly, depending on what you prefer.
These books REALLY helped me get not only my business to level up, but the rate AND consistency I acquire clients at completely skyrocketed.
Give them a listen, and I PROMISE you... Not only your lead generation skyrocket, but your follow through and show-up rate will too :)

As a beginner, you might not have any case studies to show your first client. So did you sign him on a free trial basis or was it actually a paid client? If he was a paid client then how did you convince him that you will be able to deliver the services properly without any prior experience?

Hey Juan! Insane how you managed to go from 50% show-up rate to 100% show-up rate. Sometimes it only takes a small change to get big effects.
I had a question regarding the deposits you collect from the leads: are they automatically deposited in your client's (chiropractor) account, or do you collect the payments in your account and transfer it to them every month?

Sure! I might make one in the future! Basically leads pay for a deposit upfront before their appointment to reserve their spot, this helps us get a high show up rate!

yes, so we collect a deposit upfront for their appointment, this way clients are more invested and less likely to not show up. This deposit is then used towards paying a portion of the service they decide to get.

Right now since we only have one client we are on the $97 plan but we are going to upgrade very soon as we are planning to scale the agency. I think once you have more than two clients you need to get the higher plan :)

Also are 10, 25 dollar free consultation appointments good to a client who might be able to turn those into packages or should you also run ads for people to pay for the whole thing? I’ve seen people saving their footage on Drop Box and then importing from Drop Box to the computer hard drive. Apparently this makes sure that the original footage’s audio isn’t out of synch (i’ve had that problem before)

Yes gohighlevel is expensive for sure, I only started using it once I got my first client, which helped pay for it. I don’t know if any other alternatives to be honest but what you can do is sign your first client and sign up shortly after :)

It depends how you are running ads, for us we don’t really need one since we do lead gen ads with Facebook forms, but if you’re doing ecom or leadgen with a funnel page or website you will need one
