I work in Digital Marketing and have to say this was solid. Not like others out there who chat surface level bullshit. Wish you all the success in your endeavours.
Great video Sam, performance marketing is definately the way to go but the main issue is monitoring your clients conversions. Several software packages will help if it's just leads you are supplying but the issues get tougher if you need to monitor customer conversion rates from your clients, especially if you are supplying service companies on a lead converted to customer basis. You generally have to rely on your clients being completely honest unless you can get access to their accounting, ecommerce reporting or CRM etc. I personally prefer the hybrid model with them paying ad spend but no fees up front. I find it is the best compromise as you can scale without needing a large budget to pay for the ads. The full out performance model is better when you know your industry inside out so you have an exact understanding of your costs and what you can return in terms of leads / sales etc.
Amazing again bro, thanks! Would love a video on how to onboard clients the best way to prepare for launching efficiently and fast like maybe what questions to ask on forms and what content to request from client, also a video on making ad creatives for the client would be a big help too! Like maybe for clients with no content vs ones with more content. Thanks bro!
Great video, thanks! I will definitely try testing these different payment models when talking to my leads. Also, I think for new agencies or starting freelancers it's good to sign a few first clients on a retainer basis, just to secure this stable income, and then later explore these different models that involve more risk.
The insights you're sharing are insaane! This YT channel has a huge potential, keep it up dude! One small question though: what would you advise when I work with ecomm and I still don't have case studies yet?
@@TheSamuelDarby I've started my SMMA Agency but struggle with getting clients, can anyone give any advice I've been cold emailing and haven't been able to get any clients. What's the best way to do this
Absolutely brilliant thank you mr darby. I was wondering if you can write down on the youtube idea board to make a video about onboarding/setting up your client the right way. I feel that there is very little information that helps people understand the whole process of onboarding a client. Thanks!
Awesome video Sam, subscribed. When talking with clients do you present all of the pricing options (on the risk curve) or do you offer one at a time to test?

Sam, nice content, Thanks! Could you please give a suggestion/advice on creating an offer for the complete new agency? When you don't have a client, and no experience, it is kind of difficult to promise any guaranteed result.
Hey Samuel, I know the chance of you replying to this is low but here it goes. Your Niche is home improvement, my niche is the same but I cater design and build businesses. I want to apply the value equation to create a no brainer offer for them but I'm having a hard time. Do you have experience in this type of niche? would love to hear your thoughts or maybe you have an example offer, thanks!
Hey Sam, appreciate the great value! Q? For option 2 how much would u charge the client for the second month? Would it just be based on a performance fee after the first month ?
How do you ensure that a customer will indeed pay you the £450 once a transaction is completed? Is it merely based on trust, or do you have a specific system in place? 21:15
Samuel Great video... What do you think about unlimited graphics and website design model could implement this? I don't see any performance based valuations possible. What should I do ?
How can u guarantee 5 confirmed re roofs per months? I mean if the appointment is free, how can you guarantee how many people will come back actually buy our client service?
how do you even get the initial trust from someone if you dont have previous customers? why would they pay a random person the setup fee+ad spend money?
Hey Sam, great video mate. Quick question, did you start off working with smaller local construction companies that aren't doing 7 figures a year? If so did you find it harder to get the smaller companies to commit than the bigger companies?
I often hear that no brainer offers like pay per result or money back gurantees attract low quality clients. A shit client would probably say nice I can´t lose, but will be a headache in the fullfilment or can´t sell on the appointments you booked for them, because never before did actaully had to sell because they got referals and word of mouth all the time. On the other hand u automatically repel premium clients, because they might think why is this guy offering me a gurantee? Does he not believe in his own work? Is he not confident to get the result I pay for? To premium clients you may sound like a beginner and they automatically disqualify YOU. What do u think about this ?
how do you move on with the client in the second month after you hit the sales target of 50.000 in the first month... Does he pay 10k the next month aswell? Or does the retainer go down to 3k once the first target is hit?
For home improvement how do I figure out how much I should charge for appointment? I don't feel comfortable charging per sale as I have no control of the sales process & before a sale there's usually an estimate.
@@cmamsler lead - appointment - estimate - sale, that's the process. i can't control the last two so i will not charge for them. everyone can attain leads, few people can successfully nurture them into appointments that lead into paying clients. Hi Sam. Why I think option 2 is more risky than option 3 since in option 2 we have target to be delivered.
How can you guarantee sales if you’re not doing the selling??
Hey Sam, great video mate. Quick question, did you start off working with smaller local construction companies that aren't doing 7 figures a year? If so did you find it harder to get the smaller companies to commit than the bigger companies?
target companies that are atleast doing $1M per year in revenue, by this you'll know that they’re serious atleast
Make a video on Fb ad with copywriting.
But does that mean that in setup 3 I have to pay for the clients' ADS? I don't get that part at all
Hey mate, how do you track the sales the client makes?
Hey man how to deliver the results we are offering them how do we run ads or like what to do for them?
