creamy lemonade 🍋
🥣 INGREDIENTS:
- 200g raw cashew nuts (soaked in water overnight)
- the juice of one or two lemons
- a generous squeeze of date syrup
- a generous amount of water
- ice cubes (optional)
- splash of vanilla extract (optional)
(blend for a while until smooth and frothy & use a cheesecloth for an even smoother texture)
