I like to lay on the floor and stare out my windows to see the clouds pass by 😌
Hey Sam! Hope all is well 😊
That’s a fabulous way to spend your time…☺️
sometimes i use those 10-15min breaks to do something else. i work as an interior designer & when i hit a wall i put my clients' projects aside & draw something fun for myself.
switching gears but not stopping helps me build creative momentum.
I love that, maybe instead of stopping what I'm doing from now on I'll do something like that, for myself. Thank you as always Liza 😊
Good video. I like how taking frequent rest breaks & also relaxing are part of your productivity regimen. In my experience, not only do they contribute to improved output, but they also stave off burnout.
To stay productive I'd like to exercise first thing. The good struggles you have when lifting weights are AWESOME 💪💪💪
Múltiple breaks absolutely help with reducing burnout and allow you to recharge! It’s like the ‘pomodoro method’ which is a study structure that helps productivity with studying for long periods of time. I’m studying for law school and using that method has helped with the days I have longer extended periods of study time. The typical breakdown of the P-method: 50 mins ON; 10 mins OFF.
So true!
Amazing video, these things I have started implementing recently and it has really helped me with bigger projects. I cannot stress enough how important it is to just take a few deep breaths before starting a project, even though it sounds cliche it really does help clear your mind and keep you from stressing out.
Great advice with writing stuff down, actually makes sure you don’t forget things too.
Great watch at 3:50
That matrix thing is a great idea, never really thought of things that way.
And never underestimate the power of relaxing, always helps with stress and anxiety.
Great video again buddy!
I not only like the minimilistic tips you give but dudeee the camera work and editing is amazing just perfectly reflects your style
Glad you like them!
Great video 🙌
From genuine-approachable tips- to quality filming and editing too.
Really appreciate the tone and pace, really effective to actually absorb the great content and definitely matches your overall goals - less stress :) Happy to have found your channel 🤗
Thanks so much!
wow, I will use the Impact/effort matrix 100% this will help so much but I think I will personalize or change them a bit. And I think some fill ins is not low impact but a long term impact. But anyways thank you what a great find.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks again Nicholas for another great informative video😊😊
Thanks Gillian! Hope all is well 😄

Appreciate it!
Nice one and i love these desks what a genius invention have an awesome day
This desk is great. Thanks as always Johanna!
The import/effect matrix seems a whole lot like the Eisenhower matrix. Have you ever tried implementing that?
hey from malta!
I have been looking for a standing desk for so long, but I'm super opposed to buying new things. This actually looks like a great investment, and I may purchase it during their big sale on the 25th. What are the dimensions of your desk?
Regardless of the sponsor, I could see myself buying this exact desk. So worth it. 48" top, and the legs are the E5 on their site.
Nice video, thanks Nicholas😊
Thanks Fabio!
yeah Timex watch 🙌🏻💯👍🏻😁awesome hehee
The best!
@@NicholasGarofola more minimalist video please hehe
Awesome videos. What camera do you use?
Just a question from a fellow minimalist. I find it troublesome to operate two digital environments/eco-systems. I see you have a PC on your desk, but also using a Mac for video editing. I just hate handeling files on two eco-systems. Therefor I did a very non-minimalist thing and sold my Mac, just having one PC to do everything on like writing, gaming, handeling video and photo etc etc. How do you cope with digital clutter and multiple eco-systems? I have tried to read into this, but digital minimalism is more about reducing screentime and notifications, not so much handeling the wast amount of files and content being produced every day. Keep up the great content! :)
Good question because I was just thinking about this. My Mac is strictly for work, writing and editing.. I like the UI better and the portability. My PC is where I game and where I'll eventually learn to code. My PC is empty of absolutely everything aside from Steam and my steam games so there nothing to really organize!
@@NicholasGarofola I used to try this as well. I found myself «cheating» and downloading files and documents on my PC because it had a larger screen and was just, more convenient. One more issue i had was the pairing of peripheals. Using my favorite headset, mouse and keyboard on both my PC and my Mac had its difficultes! One PC, One favorite headset/mouse/keybord, one environment being taken backup with one Google Files subscription. I also have problems with owning multiple devices doing the same thing - again one Mac and one PC. Restless digital clutter minimalist over here! 😄😄
Nice desk
Thanks!
