I've developed a habit where I don't fully commit to a weld if it's something that can be welded when the project is in its completion phase. I usually just tack it in place. This has saved me a TON of time grinding/cutting if something is wrong.

The advantages of the hydraulic system are , 1: it’s so powerful to move anything, close or far away. 2: one hydraulic system can operate many implements at the same time, and in different directions.
Excellent! Now make a smaller version to use as a lift on your welding table-and to turn/tilt it as well. 🤔 Looking forward to part 2. Great video-a 👍👍👍 as always. God bless.
Wow that is amazing the last part running 2 actuators at the same time is sick if your gonna be making big bucks gonna need 1 of these wow amazing work
Very satisfying to watch! Must be that AMSR thing they go on about! You have an extremely high level of knowledge and skill which you show in your videos, take care from the UK!
Super.

Cześć my friend. Thank you for this great video, I've been playing with the idea of a car elevator for months. With your setup, I have no excuses. Subscribed 😄 Respect from Romania.
Very nice work! consider some of these upgrades for you fluid reservoir: Add baffles to the inside. this will help slow the fluid down giving it more time to cool and let contaminates sink to the bottom. the return line should be as far as possible from the intake for the same purposes. Also its best to have the return line slightly submerged to prevent air bubbles from forming when the fluid falls in. one more thing i might add is a magnet to catch metal particles. By the way i didn't see a pressure relief valve anywhere. it would be wise to add one especially since you will be using it as a press.
Your tips are very accurate and useful to many people. However, my hydraulic system is very simple because it will not operate under constant load and its operation will be rather temporary. Your tips are good for larger systems exposed to longer run times and higher loads. Regards.
Always love your content. Keep it up my man. An idea I've been thinking of would be an aluminium can crusher if you haven't already made one? Would love to see how you do it.

Would be great for you to update this video with what you’re doing. I’m looking to make a general shop hydraulic unit with quick connect fittings to power different self made hydraulic jacks, vices, lifts, and presses from lots of spare hydraulic parts I’ve collected from the dump truck industry over the years
This turned out very nice! The motor seems like the kind that belongs in a machine shop. How may RPM does it turn? I'd love to have one for my log splitter so I don't have to buy gas and keep a battery for it.
Hello my friend, Nice job. I see there are numbers engraved on the little cylinder, can you tell me the numbers please, i think it’s made by chapel hydraulique, the factory where i work 😉

:-) definitely throw connector of switchers, tunnel presives to asphalt. 8.

Wspaniale, też bym potrzebował takiego sąsiada i przyjaciela. Wszystkiego najlepszego👍
On to pewnie by nie zbudował wszystkiego, ale jak ja zbuduje zdalnie sterowaną koparkę to już wszystko zbuduje :)

"Measure once cut twice"....Definitely been there my friend. 😅
Cut it 3 times and it is still too short..
Nice work, that will be handy testing hydraulic parts and systems. Have a great week
add angled edges to a circle and split logs fast and easy too ... or make planks or shingles with little effort ...
I am so impressed with your work.

You are a wizard! Nice work!
Great work! We are a hydraulic repair shop in North America and make a lot of power units. Appreciate the content!
Thanks! 👍
Another great video! Thank you for taking time to build, film, edit and post this video.
Kick ass!
Great power unit. Press, crane, clamping, etc
Thanks for sharing
Cheers

Welcome to the hydraulic press channel. Great build
Or maybe welding table press channel 😂
You are wise beyond your years!!
Impressive guy....
Hydraulics and Electricity are “IDENTICAL “ .
Amazing job my friend congratulations
Thank you! Cheers!
Appreciate for better workmanship & your skills. I would like to see more videos going to be made by you.
Nice, next big Project... Building your own excavator💪
Thank you for the dark filter when you were welding
I can't count the number of times I have had a "measure once; cut twice" moment also... Thank you for the laugh/reminder! Cheers!
Nice job bro 👏

Your work is mind blowing 😊😊😊😊😊😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮❤❤❤
Crazy to think a pump that you can place in the palm of your hand can exert such force.
I'm from ethiopia I liked your profession. Please work on the piston type system, I want to know
i loved the part when the cylinder was used for lumber =)
Fajnie wyszlo, jak zawsze, mega sprzęcik i super film, pozdrawiam

Very good advice
As always, well done!
Okay, I see a new avenue of project abilities now. Wonder what he will be building next...
I revealed it in the description of the video 😉

Great power unit.

Nice. Now you just need the other pieces to make a tube or exhaust pipe bender.
Very nice 👍👍
I liked the end result where MiP bends sections of steel. Would this size of hydraulic pump be strong enough to squash an empty 45 gallon/205L drum?
