The video makes it sound like the tower block was for accomodation. It was, in the main, a teaching block full of classrooms for the Army Catering Corps, prior to becoming part of the RLC - we should never forget our history regardless of how minor it seems.

I was a temporary employee in that tower for a few months working in the food store- which was crazy during the catering competition!

The tower wasn't accommodation it was a training school for proper chefs. The accommodation was shit but we got on with it. Circa 97

The tower lol had to wait in st omer for nine months to go to colchester for a wee break pmsl best days ever in the army 2003-2007
