Hobart M802/V1401 clutch Service Replacement part 1

Hi to everyone wanted to do this video for a long time but time is my enemy so it’s taking me long to upload videos
Today this video is about the M802/V1401 clutch replacement
On M802 4 disc total needed 2inners clutch discs needed 2 more disc needed this are the ones made of some type of stainless steel
V1401 6 total disc 3 inner clutch 3 stainless steel disc needed
A second video will be uploaded around January that will be a continuation of this video

In regards of your brake issue most common part that gets work out are the brake disc friction some off this parts are available on eBay hope that helps if you haven’t fix the issue

Hi first off thank you for the video. I already had the parts replaced and I’m ready to put it all back onto the mixer. But I don’t want to turn it over to production until I understand how to set the tension. Can you please please please upload the next vid. Or just a quick explanation of how to set the spring tension. Please I really need to get this back to production. Any help will be eternally grateful.

Buenas tardes yo tengo una pregunta hay una maquina hobart mixer D300 y me gustaría saber porque a veces se patina en la tercera grasias si me pudieras responder vivo en California y quisiera saber donde vive usted ya que tiene maquinas las cuales se usan en la panadería y a veces me es difícil conseguir partes

Respecto a su pregunta suena a que el clutch sleve esta lla barrido el clutch en realidad es parte de los engranes es muy esencial pues de el dependen la segunda y tercera
Suele pasar que se empiezan a barrer porque no parar la maquina mientras esta mixteando eso es lo que mas daño causa al sleve clutch
